Very slow spin rate even with a brand new fully charged battery. Also the microscopically tiny screw in the back to access. The battery compartment is impossible to unscrew. Terrible product.

I’m not very happy with the quality of these kids’ toothbrushes. I understand they’re not expensive, but they didn’t even last a couple of weeks. One of the brushes stopped working after just a week and a half, and both started losing bristles within the first week.
