I recently purchased a set of gymnastics rings for my workout routine, and I have been extremely impressed with the quality and versatility of these rings. These are very good quality. The straps are very strong and have very good stitching. The straps are very easy to adjust, so that moving from one exercise to another is very easy to do. The rings are very nice as well.

Besnd t equipment for the price. Rings are extremely versatile piece of equipment and you can configure them according to your strength and for any age group. You just have to get creative and use them in many ways for a full body workout. I can do variants of pushups, pull-ups, squats and ab exercises. These rings have numbered markers on the straps along with carabiners which makes it a snap to adjust them. I've had them for a over a year and no complaints. Easy setup and easy to use. Excellent overall, please do yourself a favor and invest in these rings, you can thank me later.

I should have ordered these years ago. I replaced an older pair of metal rings with the cam buckles and no markings on the straps. These new Double Circle wooden rings are 100 times better. The carabiner’s and the markings on the straps make going from one exercise to the next a total breeze. The wooden rings are smooth and feel great in the hands. A definite 5 star product!

They have the TRX at my gym but it is closed with the pandemic. Wanted to make an addition to my home gym. Compared, function, setup, usage, price with other rings and TRX. Choose the double circle. They are easy to attach. Hang over a beam or bar, clip ready to go. I put a couple of lag eye-bolts into a main beam and connected with "5/16 marine grade triangle" (available on amazon). Also, these could be quite portable if you travel and want to bring with you. A very important feature, these things are "super easy" to adjust. I like to "super set" exercises so being able to adjust, accurately, in a couple of seconds is excellent. Far superior to the cam buckle of other brands or the TRX system. The wood rings feel really good in your hands. I prefer the wood rings over the TRX foam handles. However, the TRX does have some features these do not so compare. So why 4 stars. A few minor things that DO NOT effect the function. One strap was about 1/2 inch longer than the other. When you attach the straps this difference is halved. In function not noticeable. Also the beaners on one strap, both open to one side on the other they alternate. Again, does not effect function. Just a detail of quality control that could be addressed. So, if you want to start, or make, a solid addition to your home gym with a versatile good quality product. I "highly recommend" these rings. The value for versatility is some of the best of any exercise product.

Just got it, so can't speak to durability over time. Holds my entire 230-lb weight with no sign of difficulty. Can't feel any warping or flexing. Finish comfortably smooth with traces of rougher spots. Rubbed my hand vigorously over entire surface looking for anything like a splinter, but none found. You could polish it a bit with fine sandpaper, but I don't see any need -- the less-smooth spots will smooth out with normal handling anyway. Strap workmanship is very good -- neat, tight stitching, seams lined up well. I like the strap design -- I can already see the convenience value over the traditional "slide-through" clip system. Clips are non-magnetic metal, so probably aluminum. I suspect steel would be overkill, since the wood ring is probably the weak point anyway, and they're not meant for pulling buses. They have setscrews so that they can be locked closed -- not something you'd need during a workout, but probably useful if you have to leave them unattended for a little while at a gym or park. Screws can be removed and lost if you don't need them. The ring curvature is just slightly uncomfortable for pulling motion, because hands aren't built to grab that shape, but gymnasts have lived with that for over a century. Ring thickness is comfortable for my hands (if I spread my hand out fully, it's 10 inches from thumb-tip to little-finger-tip), so I'd say get this size unless you have child-hands or genuinely need to practice with the official competition spec. Like any laminated wood product, it should probably be kept away from moisture. As easy as they are to pack up and carry, there's no excuse for leaving them out in the rain.

Delivered early which was great. Very well packaged. Solid build quality rings & straps. The rings arrive ‘rough’ wood so you can use the supplied sandpaper to finish them as required. I didn’t do much to them as want to extra grip of a rougher texture. Straps and carabiners all solid and well made. Tried them today and very easy to setup compared to say TRX or other friction based solutions. Well marked which aids fast setup. There are locking screws provided with Allen key if you want to permanently set the carabiner….although they are solid without this. Supplied with a storage bag etc Couldn’t be happier so very happy with the purchase. And a big shout out to Eric at DC who helped with with a pre-sales question. Very fast and super helpful.

I trust these to hold my kids hanging upside down :) Easy setup and they even transformed it into a swing. Can see how it's not perfect for all situations but it's very good for what we need.

Good quality rings. I've used them for a few months now and very happy. The rings quite comfortable for me and provides good grip, the straps very durable and easy to setup. Highly recommend!
