Review: Fantastic book - This is a really good book. It did bring tears to my eyes at points, where some real life stories mirrored mine. It opens up your mind and shows that you are not alone. There is plenty of information and you can select bits you want to read at will. Review: Who me? - As someone with ADHD, I have a mountain of books that I say I’m going to read that end up gathering dust, but this time it was different because everything was so engaging and truly resonated with me! 100% would recommend this to anyone with ADHD or a partner / parent of to better understand.

Very useful and reassuring
Excellent empathetic and honest account of before and after diagnosis. It helped my son and myself at a distressing time.At times it is a little evangelical and 'American' but it is possible to cherry pick useful and reassuring advice.

Difficult to absorb
This book is probably awesome, but I’ve had it for nearly a year and only read snippets because it’s dense and packed tightly on the pages. I struggle to get through it.

A really great guide to ADHD
Love this book! As a recently diagnosed adult "ADDer" I'm really pleased to find solice, confirmation and education from these writers. From their experience and research they have made the book very user friendly while packed with information. A very useful resource for people wanting to know more about ADHD.

Very informative.
Our daughter has just been given this diagnosis and this book was highly recommended as a first read in this area. It has some very interesting and helpful information and suggestions to be explored. Helpful for all the family to advise us all about the best ways to support someone with ADD.

Too simplistic
Feels like its written for kids. I personally didn't find it helpful or enjoyable. I'd rather read or reccomend Power of habit.
