Bag was leaking and not at all sealed. Returned it, had it replaced, second bag no better

Expired Product !!!!!!!!!
This bag of RSG I received is definitely expired, the color remained muddy after heating to 110 F for 10 minutes, long after all the glue powder is dissolved. I even tried a second time, still didn't work.... It should turn clear like the jar in the second photo.
