The device keeps crashing and resetting.. any resolutions?

1st thing to try is a reboot. Unplug the power to the stick for 2 minutes. Plug back in and check it. 2nd thing to try is to turn off all HDMI-CEC on all of your connected devices including the fire stick. 3rd thing to try. Delete all the cache from each app on the fire stick. 4th thing. Try a soft restart on the firestick. Good luck.

How do you transfer your old apps

During setup it will ask to restore but only apps from the Amazon app store
