Edit: I've changed my original rating from 2 stars to 4 after discovering that the problems I had are most likely not due to the ink cartridge. Leaving my original review below for reference but now have had the same problems with other cartridges and have come to believe this has more to do with my printer rejecting any ink that's not HP. I don't want to blame this company for something that's not their fault and, as I originally said, the cartridge worked well for the brief time I was able to use it. It's still a bummer I didn't get more use out of it (and others I've tried) but guess I have to stick with HP cartridges and hope that works. Original review: I've had this ink combo pack less than 3 months and used my printer a few times with good results. Now, I'm suddenly getting an error message from my printer that the black one has failed. It's outside of the window to request a return or refund through Amazon, and I can't find any info to contact the seller directly to see if they can provide any solutions. The color one still seems fine or at least isn't giving the same error message, but the black is what I use far more of and am disappointed I didn't get more use out of it.

Purchased one of these in January of 2025 and it worked about 95% of the time with a few hiccups. Then all of a sudden, today July 13 2025, it gives an error that 'the cartridge is bad and needs to be replaced' It is beyond the Amazon return date so I am stuck with garbage! . I have printed less than 100 pages on this and the problem can't be corrected and only course of action proposed is to buy a new unit. A great price but if I have a failure after only 6 months and 100 pages, it would be better to get a genuine HP cartridge at a higher price but I know it will work. The paperwork from KolorExpert says they want 100% satisfaction to their customers but when you go to their website and ask a question, it is all in CHINESE! Not a good investment. I had already just ordered a 2nd unit for my other HP printer 2 weeks ago and we will see how long it lasts. Not worth the hassle in my mind. Interesting that the packaging of the 2 different shipments I ordered were in totally different packaging, first one said "Made in Malaysia" the newer one says "Made in China" Go figure!! Neither of them offered any type of warranty on heir product!

Product fit perfectly. Saved me quite a bit of money. Definitely worth it.
