Several years ago I noticed my niece had one of these keyboard covers on her Lenova laptop in China. When I bought my new ASUS Laptop I decided it was a must have. Fortunately I found this one on Amazon. I have only used the clear one and it fits great. During a meeting at work, a coworker knocked over her coke and part of the contents spilled on my keyboard. The contents pooled in the little groves around the keys. After soaking up most of the coke with paper towels, I lifted the keyboard cover by the corners and took it to the bathroom to wash it. After drying it, I placed it back over the keyboard. It paid for itself with just that one accident. I also found out canned air does not work as well as simply lifting it up and washing it the sink once or twice a month. I was surprised at the amount of particles that accumulate between the keys. I just wish I had bought these for my other laptop before it started having a clicking problem from trash accumulating under the keys. These are a must have. The screen closes down flush over the cover when closed.

This keyboard cover just came in the mail today and I absolutely love it! I've scoured Google for a cover that's compatible with my Asus Zenbook UX303UB; most of my findings were for Macbooks so finding this was a treasure in itself. All of the five star reviews on here did not lie. The texture of it is like silicone - it feels like it's pretty high quality. I can see how it would hinder my typing, but it's not something I can't get used to. I'd rather protect my laptop from spills and germs than worry about my typing speed anyways. The fit and grip of it on my keyboard is absolutely perfect. I cannot compliment this product enough. I think I might get the blue and green ones next. :)

These covers fit my UX310UA very well. They do feel strange just out of the package as they are a thin silicone membrane, not the heavier plastic I remember from 90's keyboard covers. The black blocked more of the keyboard backlighting than expected so I swapped to the clear and have been very pleased. It does take some time to get used to typing with the cover on but typing without thinking is much less noticeable after a few days use. The cover edges do seem to want to peel back if you catch an edge, hence one star off. Other than that I like them very much -- so far they've saved my keys from english muffin crumbs and morning coffee drips.

I like how it feels, I am currently typing with it right now. Its just a matter of getting used to it. Looks very nice and you get 2 pieces a black one and a clear one. It does the job of protecting the keyboard. In my case, it was hard to find one compatible with this model. Only thing it may differ its the last key for the "on button" in this model is the delete button, but hey its covered so it doesn't really matter. Overall, great buy for the price.

The Black unit is kind of useless since the manufacturer silk-screened white where the white LED's should peek through for ON/OFF, Caps Lock and F2 (airplane mode) Kind of difficult to explain why except the Manufacturer just copied the keyboard quite literally and without thought. They should have made the White LED's placements transparent on the silkscreen. So the Imprinted unit is kind of useless unless you cut holes in it. Both units while I am sure do a impressive job on keeping out spills are impractical to type with on the UX305 short travel keyboard. Both are fitted it appears for a higher travel keyboard. I would recommend that the keypad cover be made of material with 1/2 the thickness and designed for a lower travel keypad. It would be desirable to add a tackifier to the back so it would stay put. Other than that they are both high quality silicon rubber! Just what they should have been for a different keyboard travel.

Fits my Asus Zenbook UX305CA. It's true that you have to get used to typing with it because doesn't feel as "slick" as the actual keys. I feel like the clear cover has more friction than the black for some reason. I'm glad I have it because after using it for a few months I can see all the oily fingerprints and gunk that would've otherwise wound up on my keyboard.

I can get past a keyboard cover feeling rubbery and impeding typing a bit. But what I can't get past is when the keys on the membrane don't watch the keyboard. Check the sceenshots and you'll see a power icon on the top right of the membrane but on the UX360CA, the power if off to the side. The delete and insert keys are backwards. Another problem, the clear set isn't clear at all, it's really cloudy.

This is a weird product to review, because 50% of it is great. The clear screen protector fits beautifully and within a day or so of typing with it I completely forgot it was there (which is what you really want from a keyboard cover). However, the black keyboard cover is completely unusable. It slides across the keys and even after physically adhering it to my keyboard to keep it in place, it was loose and a nightmare to type with. It's a shame, because the black cover looks way better than the clear one, but it's just terrible. It almost feels like the dimensions of it are off, and it's too shallow and doesn't fit between the keys perfectly. I'm honestly shocked that the black keyboard is so much worse than the clear one, I figured they'd be the same just with different colors.

Product as described. Provides excellent coverage and protection of the keyboard. Fits snug and includes the same symbols/keys/letters as on keyboard.

This product did meet my expectations. But my suggestion is to improve the "Enter" key

almost a perfect fit. It is a bit too large on the right side.
