Giving this a go ! I suffer from IBS and fi d it a big pill to swallow! Hav notic3d some improvemnet but will see how it goes after a few weeks!

Wished I’d taken these sooner
Been suffering from IBS on and off for years, I got these and been using for 2 weeks now and I’ve got to say they are brilliant, I feel so much better, no more pain or rushing to the toilet, no side effects either, so definitely recommend them.

Does what it says
I been suffering IBS bad this time & saw these so bought. I take 1 am before breakfast 1 before evening meal well BRAT FOOD, can take 2 each time I found 1 is enough, does help with cramps to, I did show my DR these he checked contents of them out on his screen said they fine but check with your own dr but I can recommend from my experience

Actually helps..
Good and helpful with IBS. I didn't find that there was a taste unlike other brands and they were the perfect size to take. Only thing is the price, maybe a little too high but if you've tried everything else and nothing works then give these a go.

Amazing
Ive suffed with IBS. On an off since I started the menopause. Crippling cramps, and diarrhea. Even waking me up in the middle of the night. It had got to the stage where I new Even driving to work would set it off. Praying id make it in time to find a loo. Could have been just the thought id be in trouble that bought it on morning wise. But after 1 day of taking these I had no cramps and felt so much better. Ive been taking them for 5 days and must say , so far ive not had the sudden urge. Will carry on until the packet is Finnished and see how I am. Yes they are pricey. But amazon sells them cheaper than the shops. And for the misery IBS causes. There well worth the money
