Is it salted or sweet?

It's salted. In a scale 1 to 10 i give it a 5.

After opening, will the product still be good for months until its best-before date?

In general I would say yes. We keep it in a tub in a dry cool place and it keeps perfectly until we finish it (a couple of months).

Are these dry roasted or oil-fried?
