Very solid treadmill built to last
Received it today. Assembly was easy...only problem is the arms must be pushed together at the top to attach the control board.....not a problem really....have someone hold it for you as you squeeze the arms and attach. Otherwise this thing is SOLID. Well-built, and I'm excited to use it. The auto-incline works well, everything is easy to use....I ran it up to 5mph easily....and the deck is wide and long...and joint-friendly. It's also quiet! I foresee many years of using this machine. Thank you Sunny Health & Fitness for a nice treadmill. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Worth every penny
I received this treadmill on time as promised and it was easy to assemble! My step son did help carry it in the house, as it is heavy. My husband is a pastor and happened to have to write a sermon and prepare a funeral service in the same day so I took on the challenge of assembling this myself and I had zero problems! I’m 5’5 and weigh 126 lbs. of course it’s a struggle to maneuver at times but since we live on a ranch, I’m used to lifting heavy things. Anyway, I have been impressed with the quality so far and have used it a few times since getting it assembled. I am leaving a positive review because the reviews are the reason I made this purchase in the first place! I normally would never make a big purchase like this sight unseen, so I wanted to help anyone else that was skeptical like I was!

Works good..value for money !!
So I waited for a month before writing a review for this treadmill as I wanted to see how it performs. I was actively looking for a budget treadmill for some brisk walking to keep my lower back in shape and weight in check. When I ordered it the first time, it got auto-cancelled as it was damaged during transit. While I do appreciate the honesty of Amazon in that regard, I don’t liked the fact that they didn’t refund my money for next 24-48 hours. Ordered it a second time with a preferred room delivery. The delivery guys promptly delivered it to the exact place in my basement where I wanted it. Geez this thing was heavy. The installation was pretty easy..you just fit couple of screws and on your way. Now to the workings. It’s a pretty basic treadmill..has a manual incline which I recommend to set per your comfortability before first use. Has a weird kind of bottle holder but fits okay. So far I’ve used it only upto speed 3 and has worked fine. However, the stopping of the belt isn’t that smooth. It suddenly stops with a jerk which can shock you a bit especially after the workout. It’s not a very fancy treadmill so if your expectation is to use it for a brisk walk, you’ll be fine. Value for money.

Great treadmill
I bought a similar product at one point and had to part with it because I moved. After using the incline feature more on machines, I decided on this brand again. One of the main reasons, is the incline and the wheels at both ends of the machine. It was a cinch to put together. You can unpack and use it in a matter of minutes. They pack it well, with wood and bind the box up. The box was really heavy getting in my small apartment. But after all the fuss is stripped away, the frame itself is fairly compact and not a beast to deal with at all. After using it fairly regularly with the app, I'm quite pleased. It does everything you need, its not loud and gets to speed and adjusts quickly. The spaces for water etc are roomy. I can put my tablet or phone in the holder. It doesnt have a USB port for charging or a fan. A plug would be helpful, and an auto shut off or way to power down from the console as improvements. The app has fun workouts that are pretty awesome and totally free with it. How many on here boast that? Im now already paying for an on demand app that doesnt give me kettlebell workouts (which imho are an advanced exercise) or guided scenic workouts. I love the interval workouts which are based on your machine. They have them for all the machines they offer!! If you get a spin bike, rower - you've got classes. Its not intuitive to your machine. Meaning, the incline goes up when the workout does. You adjust this, probably for safety. Everyones ability is different. You can't stream from their website. You have to connect your device to a TV or laptop if you want to use a larger screen. I don't use the safety clip and i never have. But it won't work without it. It was so easy to do the Amazon payments with this. Thank you Amazon! The company is based in the US and Im glad to support that. Would buy it again and again!

Durable little treadmill
I got this treadmill to take walking breaks at work, but eventually the office closed down and I moved it to home since I'm an avid runner. By now, I've had this treadmill for 2-3 years now and I run anywhere from 25-75 miles per week on the treadmill (depending on the season and whether I can go outside). That means I run every day for at least 1 hour continuously (frequently twice per day) and 2-3 hours continuously once every couple weeks. The treadmill has held up through all of it. It works just as well as when I bought it. Of course, I've had to perform ordinary treadmill maintenance such as tightening the belt and keeping the deck well-lubricated - these things are well explained in the manual. I'm extremely impressed with this little guy and I will 100% be buying another Sunny treadmill after I finally kill this one. Sunny is just such a good value. Some pros and cons: Pros: * The treadmill absorbs a lot of shock. I think this is due to it's lower cost, but the funny thing is that high-end treadmills like Nordic track sell this as a premium feature. I need very well padded shoes if I'm running on pavement or other treadmills, but pretty much any shoe works on this. * The speed is surprisingly accurate. (Treadmills have notoriously bad speed control because every foot strike slows down the belt temporarily.) I have a "North Pole Engineering" speedometer that mounts onto a treadmill and measures the belt speed, in addition to a Stryd foot pod. The treadmill speed matches the Stryd and the NPE. The accuracy does get wonky at the low or high end (< 2 mph or > 8). * It's extremely compact and easy to move. * The incline is very easy to change despite being manual. Cons: * It's advertised as a compact treadmill, so the deck is a bit small. It's fine for regular your daily grind, but runs exceeding 8mph feel unsafe. * The belt has always been very slightly slippery. It's something I could probably fix. But it makes super fast runs feel like a dangerous activity. * It shuts off after 100 minutes of continuous use. This is probably explained somewhere in the manual and it's probably to prevent overheating. This probably wouldn't affect many people but it's annoying on long runs. You can just restart it. But it's slightly annoying in the heat of a good, long run. * The incline range is very small.

Beautifully Packaged Treadmill that is a Horror Show Under the Hood
Sunny Health and Fitness makes one of the better packaged cheap treadmills on the market. The refinement of the look reminds us of the look of several units we started seeing in Wal Mart stores years ago. We bought another Sunny Health and Fitness treadmill last year and pointed out some of the shortcomings of that treadmill, especially in the safety department and as far as we can tell, the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree with the SF-T7603. As you can see in the first photo, this treadmill has very smart, good looking packaging in regard to fit and finish and the ergonomics of the machine. The horror story comes alive when you remove the motor cover and look under the hood. The motor is shown as a 2.2 HP "peak rated" motor which is just smoke and mirrors because there is no accepted standard for rating "peak HP" in the treadmill world. I've been repairing treadmills for over 30 years and the only accepted standard is the NEMA definition of continuous duty. If this motor were exposed to that standard, this would be a fractional HP motor which means it has far less than 1 HP if rated on an accurate scale. Some of the clues to their trickery, as you can see in the second photo, is they are using the numbers to "game the system" by showing the rating at 18 amps which a normal household outlet will have trouble maintaining and the high RPM figure of 5400 RPM's. The reason I say these are clues is that in rating all DC motors, the formula gives you a higher rating with the more amps and RPM's that you use so if you can inflate these numbers artificially, you can justify putting a higher rating on the motor than what it will actually achieve in regular use. The mechanical system of this treadmill is another clue to the horror that lies within. When you measure the friction coefficient between the belt and deck, you find that these aren't nearly as freely moving as some of the other cheap machines on the market, notably those from Icon, the biggest producer of fitness equipment in the world. What this will do is eventually cause the motor to overheat, the controller, shown in the third photo, to overheat, and the heat build up between the belt and deck will wear out the drive system prematurely. The good thing about this machine is the simple design and the console, which is shown in the fourth photo. This is a very simple and easy to read console and from both of the Sunny Health and Fitness treadmills we have bought in the past year, we have had no troubles from the console portion of the machine. Hopefully you won't have a problem with this part of the machine. Overall, if I were buying in this price range I would go with an Icon make which is made under the brand names Weslo and Gold's Gym but even these machines have some incredibly serious shortcomings. It is like having the best house in the worst neighborhood.

Damaged Goods!!
Was delivered on a pallet inside a shredded box and busted foam. Cosmetically plastic is scratched , disfigured/broke . The Paint is scrapped to bare steel. The pictures show the cup holders and side view damage as many other places on the unit…too many to photo. This is a disappointment because the machine are never away ..they are 24/7 view by company when not being used several times daily. Keep this in mind when you spend this much money on shipping and the machine. On a positive note.. though it looks like a second hand find from Goodwill …it works lol.

Great Treadmill for LISS/MISS cardio
I am a serious gym goer who’s competed multiple times, so I am fussy for my equipment. We wanted a smaller Treadmill just to do some LISS/MISS cardio, so we didn’t need a big motor and big platform. This treadmill was easily put together….literally like 4 screws or something…maybe 6? I oiled the track like you should and it was good to go! Shipping was great..no damage. I’ve used this treadmill about 5 times now and for 600$CDN, this is a gem! If you’re looking to just get steps in or you’re a serious gym goer but only want moderate intensity cardio, the inline goes pretty high and the speed, you run. But for runners, I would stay away as the belt is not as wide as standard treadmills. If you want a treadmill for a good cardio workout without running or want a cheap treadmill for you bodybuilding show(240lbs limit on it) it’s a great machine to get your cardio in for a super cheap price. Machine feels excellent in quality. Not wobbly at all! Highly recommend! Hopefully it holds up.

Perfect Size, but VERY HEAVY!
I was not expecting 100 lbs to be 100 lbs... Needless to say I needed help getting that thing inside. It was super easy to set up and it works great! It is relatively compact and perfect for smaller homes. Because it is smaller, it might not be ideal for larger bodies which isn't great, but if your body is midsize or smaller, this treadmill is excellent!

Excellent unit, does what I want it to
Nice and compact unit. I am 5'7 and am running 5k everyday on it, just don't lose your concentration as the bed is narrow. I think a taller person would have to stoop to hold th hand grips. Simple, no bells and whistles. Will not hold a decent sized water bottle, or my cell phone which is annoying. The tiny cup spaces will hold my TV remote and a plastic bottle of water if that works for you. They could have designed this better for sure. I like the speed adjustments on the arms. The motor is slightly loud, but nothing to crazy. I did not give this 5 stars due to shipping and support issues. I ordered the unit in December, in mid January they sent me a weight set which was a pain to return. They eventually came and picked up the weights and then sent me the proper treadmill. 3 weeks later they billed me for the weights anyways. This was a hassle to get my money back and a big waste of time. If this process was smoother I would have given 5 stars

Happy with purchase
Have used it a few times and I must say I'm very pleased with the treadmill. No complaints about it. So far working great. It's fast enough to do a fast jog. The Incline is alright for what it is Happy
