Applied Nutrition ABE Pre Workout in Bubblegum Crush is one of the best pre-workouts I’ve tried. The flavour is surprisingly delicious – sweet, smooth, and enjoyable compared to the usual strong-tasting formulas. Performance-wise, it delivers exactly what you need: sustained energy, sharp focus, and increased endurance throughout training. With citrulline, creatine, and beta-alanine all working together, it gives a real edge without the jitters or crash. Highly recommended if you want a pre-workout that tastes great and actually works.

ABE is my go to everyday pre workout. I’ve been using it pretty much daily for 5 years with only a break during pregnancy. I’ve tried every flavour multiple times and I now fall back to bubblegum crush. Twister used to be top but I think they have discontinued that now which is a shame. Not a fan of the flavours that have cool in the title. Be warned it’s like swallowing vix on your throat. But the other flavours are top tier, especially compared with other pres on the market. I’ve built up a tolerance over the years so I do 1.5 scoops now, but I still get tingles, itchy ears and that rush to workout feeling 5 years later. This isn’t the same as for example dark labs pre, you don’t get that euphoric I’m a god feeling. There is no DMHA. But it will push you through your workouts and won’t make you gag when drinking it. I highly recommend ABE for performance and flavour.

Applied Nutrition produce really high quality supplements. I've been using their stim free normal pre workout range, but I found I needed something with a bit more oomph for my heavy chest days, so I went for their ABE range which packs more of a punch. The difference is very noticable from the normal PWO products, a real boost in energy and performance intra-workout. Mixability is great, and it tastes absolutely fantastic. One of the best pre-workouts I've had in a long time, I will for sure be trying some of their other unique flavours when this one runs out.

Tastes and smells great! Just like bubblegum!

Took some of this stuff before my push day workout (on a PPL split) it tasted like artificial unicorn farts. Felt nauseous the whole time, and I felt like 1000 spiders were crawling under my skin, and I was shaking heavily. I felt like I was about to puke after my workout, and I had a bit of a headache. However, I felt like I could wrestle a Greek demigod, casually hit prs on a bunch of machines and had the best workout of my sad little life. 10/10 stuff, really makes you feel locked in.

The taste is very strong, but I like that. It does work 100% but in my experience I do need more than the recommended 1 scoop. By no means the worst Ive had, would recommend anyone to try if you need a boost.

Good stuff 👌🏻 I train fasted , drink 1 X scoop on the way to the gym Within 20 mins feel flushed , tingly and itchy Love the feeling as I know ready to gooooo 💪🏻💪🏻 When I've eaten beforehand don't feel tingly nor itchy. Great pump , great energy. Pushes me through quite an intense workout. Bubblegum crush is lovely 👌🏻👌🏻

Gives you that tingle and sharp focus for the pump, to dig a little deeper, plusbubblegum flavour is great tasting

J'ai pris au goût bubblegum et j'aime vraiment. J'ai un pic d'énergie, les fourmillements de circulation sanguine et une bonne humeur qui s'installe pour la séance dès les premières gorgées ahah ! C'est mon kiff d'avant sport. Je viens de commander au goût pastèque et j'ai hâte de le recevoir. Efficace sur moi en tous cas !
