I’ll tell you what this shirt is really awesome. I put it on and within an hour. I was sweating really really good. I had to take it off because if you sweat too much with this on you have to rehydrate but it’s a really good product. I recommend recommended.. a target just the core and back area. It’s sleeveless and I will get this over and over.

The sizing was spot on it fits great. Wasn’t sure if being sleeveless would be good but it works like a charm. I went for a walk today and did some yard work and I built up a nice sweat. I look forward to seeing how it works on my next bike ride. I would definitely recommend the shirt to anyone who is looking for a good sauna shirt.

I dont have access to a sauna so I bought this for a good sweat. It works well in that regard. It feels tight at first but will loosen a little as you use it.

I really liked the quality of this vest, the material is great and it really makes you sweat a lot during workouts. You can feel your body heat up quickly and it definitely helps boost your exercise results. It’s also comfortable and dries fast, which is perfect for the gym or even home workouts. The only downside is the sizing. I ordered my usual size, but it fits quite tight. I recommend going one size up for a more comfortable fit. Other than that, it’s an excellent product that does what it promises!

I really like this vest. I ordered a L/XL and it fits snug, but feels good. I wear it for hours at a time and I don't get any chaffing or feel like any circulation is being obstructed. I like to wear this while going on long walks, but it's comfortable enough to wear during any kind of workout from what I can tell. I have some pretty significant love handles, and back fat, but this thing stays put. Does not move around or ride up. I usually wear an XL (a couple of months ago I was an XXL) so I'm just now fitting into XL and this fit really well. I was about to just return it because upon opening the package, it looked way to small, but I'm glad I tried it on. It's going to feel like you're forcing it on, but just have faith. Unless it's getting painful to put on, it should fit. I'm really happy with this vest.

Does the job makes you sweat however two days into owning it and the elastic bottom in the back is already disconnecting from the suana tank you get what you pay for ima try and stitch it back up myself but just a heads up to anyone wanting to buy this product if you feel a string on it don’t pull it just burn it that’s the stitch coming out

No m'ha agradat perquè és molt curt, no arriba a cobrir tota la panxa, es queda a la meitat i és molt incòmode. Hi ha millors opcions.

Die Kiiwah Herren Sauna Weste hat mich leider komplett enttäuscht. Schon beim Auspacken kam ein sehr unangenehmer, chemischer Geruch entgegen, der auch nach längerem Lüften nicht verschwunden ist. Außerdem fällt die Größe völlig anders aus als angegeben – viel zu eng und insgesamt schlecht geschnitten. Ein angenehmes Tragen ist so überhaupt nicht möglich. Für mich leider ein Fehlkauf. Nur 1 Stern.
