I've been an esthetician for 10 years and honestly shocked at the quality of this machine! I had my Old Faithful clunker steamer for 7 years and purchased one in a pinch that broke down in a few months. Desperately needed a replacement and gave this one a shot- it's going great!! USE DISTILLED WATER TO AVOID CALCIUM AND LIME BUILD UP AND SHE'S GREAT! Easy to assemble, durable. Heat level is great. Great value

All the negative comments seem to be the same, so I’m going to say this to all. STOP USINF TAP WATER!!!!!!! These machines are not meant to be used with tap water. You are supposed to use DISTILLED WATER ONLY! If you use tap water, the coil that heats up the water is going to get calcium deposits on it. And when it gets calcium deposits on it , it just stops working or leaking. If you do not have any distilled water on hand, do not use this machine not even once. I hope this message helped the many of you on here that have no idea how to use this machine.. This is coming from my license cosmetologist of 33 years.

Assembly wasn’t bad, other than the fact that upon removing from packaging pieces of plastic fell to the ground. I was able to assemble the machine but upon using it on my second client the machine stopped working. It had sufficient water in the tank. It would turn on for 5-10 seconds and shut off. I was really excited to add this to my services but I’m not sure the quality is there. I have seen other reviews stating the same.

This facial steamer on a rolling stand is more convenient than a tabletop model but the problem I have with all facial steamers, it seems, is being comfortable during the process of the actual steaming. Yes, the wand moves up and down and rotates but it would be so much better if it was equipped with a flexible gooseneck type head. I think you would be able to move it to adjust to your face instead of moving your head to adjust the head to your face. Maybe I’m being too needy but a girl can dream. I just find it difficult to sit in a certain position for what I consider an extended amount of time without becoming restless and giving up on the process. But enough about me. This product was easy to assemble and the video on the product description page is excellent. It’s one of the best I’ve seen as far as instructing you how to assemble a product without the use of words. I wish all products that require assembly were accompanied with a video of this quality. The machine performs exactly as stated. I have not used the aromatherapy function as I think it’s weird to have an oil misting out of a machine and into the direction of your face. The only issue I have, and it’s just the nature of the beast, is that it does take up a considerable amount of space. So that is something you need to take into consideration before ordering. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.

I had issues with this steamer. As soon as it turned on hot and started steaming it turned off. Contacted the vendor and they worked through helping me troubleshoot the problem and had to end up sending me a new one. I appreciate their communication and assistance.

Water boiled over from the water opening and spurted from the top all over the room burning my arm!
