Stopped working less than one month
Low speed (3.0 usb twice slower usb3.2), and it stopped working in a less than one month. Need to write seller to replace Upd. Seller said that will be refund. So now wait for it and if is so, maybe will try another hdd bay from this seller because warranty here works.

The product is very good
The product is very good and very helpful for day-to-day work, especially when you donโt have enough space or are running out of ports. Itโs excellent for data transfer. The only issue is that the indicator lights are not visible. Other than that, everything is fine.

did what it should
I just needed something to connect existing drives from my NAS to my laptop and not any data backup features for my needs this worked perfectly. plugged everything in, clicked the drive into the appropriate slot and was able to access data with USB
