Always been a massive fan of shark 🦈 and their products and this was the same. I used this with the stain striker and the larger carpet cleaning model. Stain striker is great for the stairs and patches. The cleaning solution smells amazing and combined with the unit makes your carpets feel new again. Also it's super easy to use

No-one rang bell as asked. I did ask my neighbours nothing until later a neighbour had taken in. Not sellers fault but I have got my order and used before and a good cleaner for carpets. Highly recommend.

As expected, works great in my Shark carpet cleaner. Carpet smells fresh after cleaning. For a stubborn stain I find you need to leave it to soak a little for better results.
