Product Good -- USPS Bad (as usual)
No problem at all with either the product or the seller. Capacitor is exactly as advertised, and works fine. Shipping via USPS, however, continues to be terrible. Yet another bad experience with USPS. Slow to begin with. Missed delivery date. Turns an otherwise positive purchase into a negative experience.
