Great product!

It used to be so easy for me to wake up to the slightest of noises in the night, and then stay awake for hours because of chatter brain. This Mg has changed all that! I sleep through things that used to wake me up, and if I do inevitably get up, I’ll sleep back in less than five minutes. This is like a miracle to me! My fiancé is taking them too now and he’s sleeping a lot better. I think it’s helping with bowel movement too, but that’s just a bonus. I was more looking for help in the sleep department and got exactly that! Two capsules just before bed and I’m good for the night.

This magnesium supplement is the best I have ever used. My personal trainer recommended it to me and I would purchase through her company. But when she sold out, she provided me with the link she uses and now I order directly. I've been using this product for about a year now and it is a MUST have product for me as it helps give me energy and speeds up my metabolism. Food digests better and I just think my whole body works better. I ran out and was off of them for about two months, because I always got them from my trainer and had no idea I could get them through Amazon until she gave the link. I gained 5 lbs during this time. I take two capsules daily and have zero side effects. Amazing product!

I love this product and been taking it for almost a year now.
