Very disappointed
Works great but after you first use it there is an air bubble in the bottom and you only get an ounce of cream. Way too expensive for an ounce of cream.

It really does help
Surprisingly, it does help. It does not take all my tingling and discomfort away - but it makes it bearable. I use this cream twice a day. Will definitely buy again.

Missing Substantial Amount of Cream in Container
I ordered this because it had 3 ozs in the container versus 2.2 ozs for other vendors. I got the cream and started using it and discovered there was an air bubble or something that created a pocket in the container. It looked like I got about two thirds of the 3 ozs. Maybe this is a quality control issue but I thought the vendor would want to know. I had been using it for about a week before the top layer got thinner and I say the large hole in the cream below it.

Great comfort
