Taste is pleasant, easy to drink AND it got my system movin! First cup had me moving within 14 hours Second cup had me at about 12.5 hours I will never take miralax and this will be my go to. Anti depressants really screw ya up and this helps keep your bm’s goin!! 5 stars!!

The name, "Smooth M_O_V_E " is spot on and had me running to the potty! Almost didn't make it, it was touch and GO! This is the most effective bowel cleaning I've EVER experienced! It' did a marvelous job! I will continue to use this because it does what it says it does and it made me much more comfortable! I used to sit on the potty for numerous times and for hours to get not even half of the results this product offers. As "Mikey says. "Try it, you'll like it"!

The tea does wonders if you have digestive motility issues. I would say be careful not to drink too much of it though. The taste is okay if you like licorice flavors. I do and it is still a little strong for me in a tea. I think the price was fair enough.

This works and is not too harsh

I don’t know how I lived without this tea in the past. I am iron deficient and I have to take iron for life, it constipates. Plus I never was a good pooper anyways, sorry for details. A couple of years ago I read about it in one of web discussions and decide to try. Since then, I buy it all the time. I make it in a 6-8 oz of water and keep a bag for at least an hour to make stronger, then squeeze the bag and chug it (flavor isn’t my favorite). Next morning I’m on a toilet! Plus to all benefits, this tea is all natural! No more dulcolax for me lol For those who say this doesn’t work - try to keep bag in water for hour or even two, I guarantee it will work magic!

I’ve been backed up for a couple of weeks. I’ve tried everything. Nothing was helping! I drank one cup of this late afternoon yesterday and this morning it was on like donkey Kong! No stomach cramps at all! Very gentle and most of all effective! I will keep this on hand from now on! No more medicines!!

Me lo recomendó mi nutrióloga y de verdad ayuda bastante, solo me lo indicó en caso de estar más de dos días sin poder evacuar, de verdad me ayudó bastante y lo más importante … sin provocarme dolor, lo recomiendo ampliamente siempre con supervisión médica.
