It left a little bit of an after taste.

This product is said to have no preservatives. It clearly states, as you can see in the picture included, that one of the ingredients is Carrageenan. They state they do not accept returns. I’m not out a lot of money, but that’s not the point. Just beware.

Purchased this sweetener and syrup form because it is supposed to keep the homemade keto ice cream from freezing rock, solid, based on YouTube reviews. Have not used it yet.

Sadly as soon as I opened the package I noticed there was sticky syrup all over the inside of the bag and bottle. When I took off the lid I saw the seal was peeled halfway off and the syrup had leaked out all over. I was so disappointed but after reading it needed to be refrigerated right after opening I didn’t feel safe trying it so I can’t speak to the flavor. At the time of this review there are two other reviews in total and one of those had the same problem as me, so I hope they apply tighter seals.

I use this to make low carb "Malibu" rum. I think it's better than the real deal

I used it to bake a pound cake, and I must say I don't mind it in place of sugar.
