Smells great, and it does seem to help with relaxation to promote sleep

I LOVE the smell & is very relaxing. I actually put it on my pulse points but also on the end of my nose to insure that I can smell it as I try to get to sleep. Helps my relax and drift off to sleep.

Not gonna lie it was nice, but there wasn’t very much in the tube and there’s so many other things that are less expensive. I do the same thing and as a migraine suffer since activate me and this one was a little too strong, I must say.

Yes, this is expensive. Yes, it's tiny. I find that the combination of essential oils works to help me get to sleep faster, and have much better sleep. The scent is lovely, and it's easy to apply. It works better than straight lavender oil, which also helps me sleep. I don't put it on my pulse points, however. If your skin is not sensitive, wash your hands, swipe a fingertip across the top, and apply directly under the nose. You don't need much, and this application method will make the product last longer. I was startled that it worked from the first night, and I get much better sleep with it, and have more energy during the day. I won't sleep without it now.

On the fence, not much in the cardboard tube. Sort of worked? Would have liked a stronger smell.

I have a hard time sleeping. Genetic, environmental, and physical factors attribute to this. So as you can imagine sleep is hard to come by for a multitude of reasons. After a month of traveling for work across multiple time zones and hemispheres I was borderline delusional from lack of sleep. I was willing to try something- anything - and came across these reviews. I figured if it doesn’t work it smells nice so f it. But it works. It really works. I apply to my wrists and neck (not a fan of the temples didn’t notice any effect) and as I lay down I breathe deeply and take in the scent. It really gets me over the finish line to fall asleep (in combination with my existing prescribed sleep medicine). In short I have a lot of sleep problems and I have a lot of ways of tackling it. But adding this into the mix I’ve seen an instant improvement. I’m sold.

I loved the scent. I don't think it helped me to go to sleep, But it did smell good. It's a very small container that looks like it would twist to extend, similar to certain deodorant packaging. No matter what I tried, I could not get it to extend. The container reminds me of a miniature ice cream Push-Up. Only it doesn't push up. It's a very small amount of product - and I had high hopes of the effects helping me to go to sleep.

I didn’t really find that this did much, scent was very dull the product was grainy and it only lasted a month. I wouldn’t say this is worth almost $40

The reviews said that this product had a lovely fragrance. I can’t smell anything. I liked the packaging and can’t report whether it helped me sleep better, perhaps it did, who knows. Very disappointed with the non fragrance so wouldn’t buy again or recommend. I’m adding to my initial review, because while I still can’t smell much of anything I am sleeping very well, better than ever! So I have purchased another. On the sleep front I recommend!
