Is exactly was it says, but not for beginners as zero instructions
This is exactly as advertised, Akadama soil in large 14 Litres bag, original Japanese product, reasonably priced, However, this is not for beginners, since there is zero instructions with the item and all text on the bag is in Japanese, so no Bonsai beginners should purchase this without some serious research about how to mix it with nutrient soil and sifting everything first to get uniform pellet size.

A marvellous traditional growing medium. I use it both in my soil mixes and as a top dressing. Not just for bonsai.
