I was already thinking this sea moss would not add up because I have been drinking another brand for a year but let me tell you I was BLOWN AWAY!! This is amazing I was a little suspicious at first and on the fence about ordering because I couldn’t see the carb content in the grape it is 2 carbs be 2 tbl serving in case anyone wants to know!! It is soooooooo good!! I will definitely buy again!! The taste isn’t fake it is mild and not overpowering it is pleasant to eat/drink whatever your choice. Remember if taking sea moss it is better to take with food so it doesn’t bother your tummy!!

This is some good stuff!!! It works great I took 2 to 3 table spoons a day and it started clearing my skin and helped with constipation GREAT PRODUCT!!!

This brand was on sale so I tried it. Overall the taste was decent, but I felt it left a slight ocean aftertaste in my mouth. Not horrible, but there. Also Healthistix has an applesauce consistency. My daughter preferred the consistency of Healthistix since she like applesauce. Before I bought this one, I had ordered a brand called Aceyo mango pineapple - which is an excellent flavor, and I love the consistency. Also no ocean taste. The consistency is like the lemon part of a lemon meringue pie so it’s a bit thicker. I also mix a little bit with plain yogurt, but u could easily eat it alone. So just giving u options. 😀 If you prefer applesauce consistency then I’d recommend this brand. The strawberry was good, and I would try again with another flavor. Now as far as this one helping curb my appetite or giving me more energy- not sure I’m seeing a difference there. It’s only been less than a week, but I’m going to stick with it for a few months.

I just started incorporating one tablespoon of this into my smoothies, and it’s been really easy to stay consistent with. The taste is not strong at all, so it doesn’t interrupt the flavors of my smoothie, which I really enjoy. The texture is similar to collagen or bone broth, just a little more gel like, but it blends in well and doesn’t make anything feel weird or hard to drink. It’s simple, doesn’t overcomplicate my routine, and feels like an easy way to add in extra nutrients.

With everybody, jumping on the bandwagon to start using sea moss, this one was OK. I started making my own at home. I found it to be less expensive and lasted longer than one week. I definitely would not say that it taste good by any means. When I put it in my mouth, I immediately drink either some juice or water and basically just swallow it like you would a vitamin or ibuprofen or something. I believe they also make flavored CMOS. I would never purchase that because CMOS is not meant to be flavored. Yeah I imagine it might be easier to get down but raw sea moss has no sugar has no added anything which is how it’s meant to be and where the health benefits come from. Added sugar to me oh defeats the purpose of choosing to live a healthier lifestyle. The texture… If you have a thing about textures, you may not like this again I spoon I spoon it in my mouth and then chase it with juice or water so it’s not in my mouth, long enough to pay attention to the texture. As far as the smell to me, it’s fine. It is Sea Moss after all.
