I started using lemon balm mainly to help with stress and sleep, and it has quickly become one of my favorite herbs. The quality of this product is excellent. It has a smell that is fresh and lemony, which is always a good sign that the herb is potent and well-preserved. I take it before bed and within about 20–30 minutes I start to feel more relaxed, and it really helps take the edge off after a long day. I’ve also noticed that it helps me fall asleep a little easier without feeling groggy the next morning. Another thing I appreciate is how versatile lemon balm is. You can make a tea, use in calming herbal blends and even used it occasionally for digestive support. Overall, this is a great quality lemon balm if you’re looking for something natural to help with relaxation, stress, or sleep. I’ll definitely be buying it again. Highly recommend!

This lemon balm is AMAZING! Taste is very sweet when you use the liquid by itself, but it blends very nicely with teas. Smell is natural, not bad. Liquid is like a golden brown color. I bought this because I was having a really hard time with some extreme anxiety during the day and sometimes at night accompanied with sleeplessness, and anger issues due to stress and overstimulation. I’m not into smoking 🍃 and I definitely do not like taking medication, that’s just my personal preference. I usually only take ashwaganda because that helps, but I needed something stronger and something that has effects faster and something I could also potentially use during the day. I usually do the recommended amount on the bottle, but every now and then I’ll go up or down on the dosage, depending on how zen-ed out I need to be and what time of day it is. If I take this during the day, I almost always go way down on the dosage because I’m extremely sensitive to things like this and it’ll put me to sleep lol. I usually use it at night, sometimes I’ll put it in my tea or just drop the liquid directly on my tongue. This stuff helps me calm down and zens me out so easily and it does work really fast. I only ever use during the day if I’m about to flip my biscuit. 😂 But yeah, works like a charm and I definitely recommend. 👌🏽

When I first got the email from Doublewood supplements, I have to admit that I wasn’t quite sure. But then, reflecting on a few recent purchases from them, something that we use all the time in my family, which is the Doublewood monolaurin 1000 mg, 210 capsules, I figured well if the monolaurin is that good let me try the lemon balm. I was a little skeptical, because many companies profess that their product or products help calm people down and relax them before going to bed, and I have yet to experience anything like that with anything I have tried in the past. But being I trust the monolaurin and the methyl folate, I figured I would give it a try. I purchased one bottle of the lemon balm and I have been using it since the first day I got it. I use it twice a day, once midmorning, and before bed. It does not interact with any other medication that I take, which is a very big plus. The instructions state that you should not drive or use/operate machinery, but I did not find it to be that strong and keep in mind that I use this in conjunction with another medication. However, everybody’s body is different so I would recommend using it while you’re at home for the first time. I have been using this since the day I received it twice a day and I can’t be happier. I plan on purchasing more bottles as well as more monolaurin and also an additional bottle of methyl folate for one of my dogs that has a severe issue with his folate absorption and regular folate /folic acid is not the proper one to be using. I feel confident that that particular product will do its job the way the lemon balm does. Usually I wake up from sleep a couple of times during the night and this has not happened while using the lemon balm. Another thing that I love about this product is that, being in the medical field, my pager could go off at any given time throughout the evening, and I can’t be groggy upon rising. This does not happen with this product. All in all I give this stuff a 10 out of 10. Outstanding, and I definitely will be stocking bottles of it in my pantry.

Decent taste. I got it for my gut health but didn’t realize it puts you to sleep. I can’t really feel the tiredness until you close your eyes and I’m instantly sleeping until the next morning. I do wake up a little groggy. But it could affect people differently. I haven’t used it enough to see if it helps with bloating because it makes me tired every time I take it.
