There is no quinoa in the ingredient list! Why is this advertised as quinoa?

I don't think much of the quality control for a company that cannot list ingredients as required by law. On my last shipment of chocolate coconut mini-bars there was an completely unwrapped bar in one of the bags. Poor quality control is worrying in a food product.

quinoa is not even listed as an ingredient??? How is that possible?

I know, right?! The back of the package shows on Amazon's product images shows no quinoa listed. "Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (Chocolate liquor, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla), Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cane Sugar, Gum Acacia, Colored with (Beet Juice, Spirulina Extra), Organic Tapioca Syrup, Carnauba Wax. We could assume the packaging was misprinted.

Has anyone used the dark chocolate Quinoa gems for baking? Like in cookies, Did they do okay?

I have not however they dissolve just like an m&m would in your mouth so I dont see any issues in using these to bake with.

Does it contaian Palm oil?
