Great Brace, A game changer!
I broke my right wrist in mid 80’s & have lots of pain as it was poorly set by orthopedic doctor. I now have to get it injected every 6 months or so to relieve the pain in my CMC joint. Doctor said eventually I will need a bone removed to stop hurting but recovery is 9 months or more. He suggested this brace. It has been a game changer for me. I can use my hand without pain. Hopefully it will help me avoid surgery.

My pharmacist recommends thumb brace
This thumb brace helps to keep my thumb joint protected from overuse. My pharmacist uses them on both her thumbs and recommended this brace to me when I asked her.

It may be expensive, but it does work
I had a difficult time justifying spending this much for something this small, but the pain in my thumb was limiting what I could do, especially being my right hand. I put it on as soon as I got it, adjusted it for a good fit, and immediately had relief and I could use my thumb with out pain in daily activities. It really protects the area at the base of my thumb, and while I don't wear it every minute, when I can know do my daily activities, relatively pain free.

Helpful but expensive
My orthopedic Dr. Suggested I purchase this item. I wore it for a couple of days and found it too uncomfortable to wear. The plastic was digging into the base of my thumb. I had to modify it with foam and duck tape. Now it's comfortable. It supports the thumb, which is great. However, for the price of this thing, I would not buy it again.

Sturdy and really helps.
Seems to be helping. Easy to put on and adjust. I’d sure buy it again. Will need one for my left hand.
