This portable charger was a lifesaver on our Vegas trip. My phone wasn’t always near an outlet, and this charged it quickly and fully without any issues. Compact, reliable, and easy to carry around all day. Definitely one of the most useful travel purchases I made.

I have had this for 2 years and it still works great. Good for travel or long days out, I can get my iPhone 14 pro max fully charged. When I travel I use it as a charging station at night, I just leave it plugged in, it will charge my apple watch, airpods using the usb c and phone using the lightning. Overnight it charges everything and charges itself. Day to day, it lives in my little crossbody bag, it is light enough and compact enough to not take up any additional space.

Love this product!!! Great for charging all sorts of different items like iPhone, watch, tablet, earbuds, etc. Anytime I visit family or friend in the hospital I take this to give them & then purchase a new one. It is perfect to use in the hospital so the person can keep their phone with them in the bed and still keep their phone charged. It is also perfect for traveling. It is compact and easy to fit in your purse or carry-on bag. A charge lasts a long time.

I purchased two 5000mAh portable chargers for my and my partners' iPhones. After receiving the chargers, I submitted the information requested by the RORRY company to get an extended warranty for the chargers. After receiving my information, Rorry customer service staff contacted me to get some information about the sale and to see how the charger was working. By then, I had used the 5000mAh chargers on several occasions to charge my iPhone 17 Max Pro. However, the chargers only partially charged the phone (to between 80-90% of full). The customer service reps said that the power banks can only provide a 60-70% charge to a phone because part of a charger's capacity is lost to "circuit heat and voltage conversions." While the 5000 mAh charger can charge an iPhone 15 once, it is unlikely to be able to charge an iPhone 17 Pro Max, which has a larger battery capacity. The customer service reps offered to send me an upgraded charger (D2-10000mAh) that has an enhanced capacity and charging speed. I accepted the 10000mAh charger. It charged the iPhone 17 Pro Max to 100%. However, on some subsequent charges, it charged the phone to less than 100% (low 80s). As the charger was not completely discharged, I removed the phone from the charger and re-attached the two without charging the phone somewhere else and without recharging the charger. Two times when I did this, the phone finished charging to 100%. The RORRY customer service reps suggested that the stopping of charging when using the RORRY charger might be related to having "Optimal battery Charging" turned on. They suggested turning the setting off temporarily to test that theory. I haven't done that yet. The rep also suggested making sure that the charger and phone should be located on a cool, hard surface to ensure proper heat dissipation. That was already being done. Finally, the rep suggested that I should completely discharge the power bank and recharge it again before using it to charge the phone battery to calibrate the charger's battery meter. I haven't done not yet done that either. Lessons learned: 1. Be careful that you choose a charger that was built to charge the battery of the phone you were using. 2. Try the suggestions provided by the customer service reps. I still need to try some of those recommendations. 3. I was very impressed with the support I received from the RORRY customer service rep team. I am often unable to communicate with customer service if I have a problem with a purchase. 4. Also note that the 5000mAh chargers successfully charge my partner's iPhone 14 Pro Max phone with no problems.

I like this charger- it charges very quickly, it’s compact so you can just put it in your pocket, it’s easy to use, and it’s compatible with anything that has an iPhone charger port or a c charging port. If it’s a magnet and is supposed to magnetize to the phone, I haven’t noticed it. It stays close to the phone itself bc of the cord length. No issues with connecting it, I just wish the charge would last longer. If your phone is at 30% and you connect it to the portable charger, it decreases the portable charger’s battery very quickly

I bought this item so I could charge my Apple Watch when I'm sitting at my desk without having to crawl underneath the desk and plug in a charger. A very important thing to note is that you must push the tiny little button on the edge of the charger to make it work! That helps save power I think. Anyway, I've had it two weeks and I'm very happy with how compact it is, how long it keeps a charge, and the fact that it can charge a phone, my Watch, or other items. The only area in which I've had any trouble at all was in trying to get the warranty registration completed! The company's online registration forms say that providing the Amazon order number is optional. I provided all other information needed, including photos of the device and a close-up photo of the serial number on the back of the actual device on my desk. I believe the company contacted me three times to request the Amazon order number. Since I had other items in that same order and I'm rather paranoid about personal information being shared, I reminded them that their own form says that the order number is optional, and I declined to answer. After the third round the prompt and respectful customer service email stated that they would put my warranty and registration in place but that if I ever need to actually use the warranty, I will need to provide the order number at that time. I've decided not to go another round at this point, because I believe I won't need to use the warranty.

Compact, easy to recharge. Fits in my purse easily. However, charging a phone will empty the battery and you have to recharge the charger again.
