not sure i'm feeling much difference really. I take one each day with lions mane, turmeric and multi vitamins and well i'm not sure. I may stop with the vitamins and see it that helps. maybe i'm taking too many things to feel the difference. I'm taking this because it says it can boost your fertility and lions mane becuase it can help memory and combat memory loss later in life and turmeric because i'm a runner & cyclist.

A Superb product! I have tried many other brands but this particular Shilajit really does works wonders After taking this regularly for about four days I certainly felt I had much more energy and less tired which Is exactly what I was hoping for. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Two months supply at a brilliant price point I would most certainly recommend New Leaf ~ Shilajit I now have these on subscription to ensure I never run out … I would give these 10 Stars if it was possible!

Would avoid this product. Much better out there. Check the label photos and ingredients list before buying… if you want Shilajit, buy resin from verified sources and add to black coffee or a hot drink (but make sure it’s not roasting as it kills some of the goodness inside it)
