This close-up lens is a great product. It works perfectly, and is very well built and easy to install and remove. I’m very happy with it. The two photos do have some editing, but they show the depth of field with a Sony 50 mm lens near the closest focused distance. The first is some dead ants super glued to a toothpick and the second is the little clasps on the lens protective enclosure.

I purchased this to try my hand at macro photography, and this adapter is of great quality. The glass is amazing, and it’s coated too. The aluminum frame is solid and screws in perfectly. I took a bunch of different pictures of flowers and bugs, good sun and some overcast days. I think the photos came out pretty good for what they are, but I also wanted a real macro lens too. I ended up finding an old Nikon Macro 105!without VR for only a few more $ than this adapter. I’m hoping I made the right choice in returning this and going for the real macro lens.

I use this with step up rings on my 35mm and 90mm lenses on the Leica M10 in live view if i need closer focusing distance. I don’t do this often and of course nobody serious about macro would be doing this but this adapter makes it easy to have the option. The resultant focal plane is definitely a little curved, depending on the lens, not bad but you’re best off using this for 3 dimensional subjects and not squared-off flat level surfaces. Bright corner to corner, pretty sharp, and the distortion is not bad. This is a great option that’s easy to carry if you occasionally might want close focus.

Definitely a wonderful macro for the price. It’s easy to install and the photos are really good. It’s well built and a bit heavy.

At no distance could I get this to focus with my vixia

Holy cow, this thing is well worth the money. I have it paired with an RF 70-200 F4 and it’s very easy to use and beats my old dedicated macro lens. For less than $100 too. Only down side is it’s pretty heavy which may cause your tripod to sag since the weight is on the end of your lens

The optics on this lens is surprisingly good! Super happy with my purchase!

First test is outstanding. Image is very sharp up to magnification of 600% when pixelation occurs. (not the fault of the close-up lens). Nikon D850 1/125, f8.0 100 exposures focus stacked, AF-S 70-200 f2.8 at ~120mm, SB-700 with included diffuser at 1/8th power. Image is of an end piece of 1/2" rope. Image is cropped at about 1/8th of the full frame which is the test area I was evaluating. No vignetting, purple fringing, distortion that I can discern. So far, I'm really impressed. We'll see how day 2 is outside.

Ottimo, pratico e ben costruito, molto comoda la custodia in dotazione. La qualità ottica è veramente elevata. Funziona perfettamente abbinato alla Sony rx-10 Mark IV

NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S II 24mmでは四隅がケラレますが、28mmからケラレは感じませんでした。被写体は70mmで最も大きく写せます。荷物に余裕があればマイクロレンズも持っていきますが、登山など荷物を減らしたい時に重宝しています。

Ett billigt sätt att göra en telefotolins till en makrolins, eller förstärka förstoringsgrad på en makrolins något. Nackdelen är att bilden nog inte blir skarp kant-till-kant. Skärpedjupet minskar avsevärt också. Riktigt bra optisk kvalitet och välbyggt (metallkonstruktion). Seriös pryl.

Ne remplace pas un objectif macro mais il fait très bien le job. Très bon packaging, plusieurs accessoires fournis.
