I’ve been using this smart ring for a few days now, and I’m honestly impressed by how much functionality and technology is packed into such a small, sleek device. The design is minimal and stylish it looks like a normal piece of jewelry rather than a bulky fitness tracker, which makes it easy to wear all day and even while sleeping. It most definitely is thicker than a normal wedding band in width and the way it fits on your finger but not a deal breaker by any means! One of the biggest highlights is the health tracking. The ring provides detailed insights into sleep quality, heart rate, activity levels, and even tracks stress which seems to be spot on! I especially love waking up and checking my sleep score, it gives helpful suggestions that actually make sense and have helped me improve my routine. The activity tracking is a little different though if you talk with your hands I’m pretty sure that counts as steps BUT I prefer this ring over my watch especially since I swim…a lot! I appreciate not having to wear a watch or carry my phone everywhere to stay on top of my goals. Battery life is another strong point. I can go several days without needing to recharge, and when I do, it charges quickly. The companion app is clean and easy to navigate, presenting data in a way that feels informative rather than overwhelming. You do have to change your preferences if you’re in the US to feet and Fahrenheit! The app for the ring is also amazing and I’m super glad there’s no subscription! I may stay with this ring because I’ve heard Oura isn’t free and it seems to do everything the $500 ring promises! Comfort-wise, the ring is lightweight and smooth, so I barely notice I’m wearing it. It’s also durable and water-resistant, which makes it great for workouts, showers, and everyday life. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that sizing is important — getting the right fit makes a huge difference in both comfort and tracking accuracy. Additionally, some of the deeper insights require a subscription, which may not appeal to everyone. I actually ordered a sizing kit for the expensive Oura ring and decided I’d get this cheap one before I commit to $500 and I am a whole size bigger in this than the Oura ring! Overall, this smart ring is a fantastic option for anyone who wants a cheap yet powerful health tracking option with less tam lines and bulkiness!

Switched to this silver ring (#13 fits great). Tracks sleep, HR, and temp accurately. Battery lasts all week and it's waterproof. No subscription is a huge win. Way better than wearing a clunky watch to bed. Love it!

For the price it’s decent. The app tracks everything I want it to. Step count seems accurate compared to my Apple Watch. The calories for workouts are about 100 less than the Apple Watch in a 30 minute workout. The sleep tracker is entirely unreliable. It will think I’m sleeping still after I get up and get coffee and sit to drink it. Been wearing it for a while and it’s not tarnished or scratched

I have had this ring for several months. It seems to be accurate and provides many measurements including Heart Rate, Steps, calories burned, etc. It is great for people who like to know about personal metrics. It is waterproof and I have put that to the test and no issue with functionality. For the price, it was a great decision.

I ordered the ring in silver, but I received a black one instead. I still tried to test it to see if the app would recognize the ring while I waited for the correct color, but it didn’t work. I didn’t worry too much at the time since it was the wrong color anyway and I had already requested a return. I followed all the setup steps and fully charged the ring. Today, I finally received the correct one in silver, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything — reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting my phone, and even trying it on my husband’s phone — and nothing works. The ring shows that it’s charging, but it won’t connect or function. At this point, I’m not sure if the issue is with the app or the ring itself. I’m really disappointed and would appreciate help resolving this issue.

Please ignore my fat fingers... This ring has been fantastic so far, I've showered with it, wash my hands, and I've worked out. The app is free and tracks a lot of different things! You can choose to have it check your heart rate, body temp, stress etc.. every 30 minutes or set it to check those things manually. I set mine to check everything every 30 minutes or hourly and this does use the battery faster. I usually need to charge it every 3 days or so. But If I don't do thoes settings the battery will last much longer. It has a sport option that you can choose from a very long list of sports /exercises that I have been enjoying! I included a short list of some of the options you can choose from but that list is really long! I wish I could search for what I'm looking for instead of scrolling through it 😅 and I wish they included VR gaming but sadly that's the one thing not on the list. But it tracks your sleep, steps pretty much everything! I'm very happy with this ring so far for sure. I haven't tried the more expensive smart rings so I'm not sure if I'm missing out on anything special, but as of now it's doing everything I want and I'm not being charged more for the app! The only downside is that I need to open the app to see my steps and or anything else, it's not displayed on the ring it's self. For me that's not a deal breaker for the price I paid.

I bought this ring primarily to keep track of my blood oxygen level which has been an issue for me. I’ve been wearing it for a week now and it does a good job. It automatically takes a reading every hour and you can take a real-time reading whenever you want by using the app. These readings are very close to those of my blood oximeter. It has 100 megs of built-in memory and seems to store the data and then sync it whenever you open it the app, which means that data is being recorded even if I am away from my iPhone or have it turned off. It syncs with Apple Health although not all data transfers over—the blood oxygen does not. The sizing was spot on—I wear a size 11, that’s what I ordered and it fit perfectly. After a week the battery shows 25% charge remaining and the app alerts you when it’s time to recharge. There is no app subscription fee. The ring doesn’t monitor glucose, blood pressure or sleep apnea, but it does what it does very well at a very reasonable price.

Have had for 2 months now and it won't charge properly, battery doesn't last. Very disappointing to say the least. Worked great until now.
