Great lights & Best Customer-Service EVER!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Ordered 10 light units (4-RX29TDX and 6-RX-24TDX) and 10 controllers to light a video/photo studio. Lighting truss and rigging are 12 feet up, so remote control/DMX were a must. Did burn-in testing on each unit (with softbox & diffuser)/controller combo before installation and ended up with 2 faulty controllers. The company replaced BOTH controllers with just a few, back and forth emails and no hassle. Everything is working better than expected.
