I bought this 8.5 x 11 sketchbook for my sister for Christmas since she loves to draw, and she really liked it. The size is great because it gives plenty of space for bigger drawings and detailed sketches. The paper is good quality and works well with pencils, pens, and markers. It feels sturdy and not cheap or flimsy. This made a great gift, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys drawing or sketching.

Have purchased so many times. Note taking, sketching, mapping - whatever! The value is excellent. The pages don’t smudge ink, the notebooks don’t fall apart. Sleek look, not heavy, super durable and the perfect medium size!

This sketch book is very attractive and well priced. Really good quality especially considering it was so affordable. The spiral binding is really well done. My wife and I use it to plan like our garden and landscaping projects. Also whenever we have a disagreement on the placement of furniture or anything like that. It solved a lot of disagreements in this household because it's perfect for visualizing each of our ideas on paper so the other can see. Turns out a lot of the time we'd think we were on the same page and then start a project with completely different ideas of what the outcome would be. Now we take the time to sketch it out and work collaboratively before we begin a project. It has solved so many arguments and disagreements before they even start that it's practically worth its weight in gold.

Good quality book papers are thick I don't think that they will show through to the other pages would recommend

The look and quality are good, but the sheets are not 8.5 x 11 inches — they're a bit smaller. The cover is 8.5 x 11 inches, but the pages are about 8.25 x 10.75 inches. It's likely intentional so that the pages are fully covered and have proper edge protection, but that sort of thing should be stated in the product description in my opinion because I had the impression that the sheets were the same size as printing paper. The sketchbook still works well and I actually still like the size, but if you’re expecting true letter-size (8.5"x11") pages for scanning or layout consistency, be aware of the smaller pages and reduced usable area due to the binding.

Very nice book the paper is thick and if good quality. As a lefty im always concerned when buying these types of books but I find it very easy to use. The perforated pages make it easy to remove without tearing. I use colored pencils alot and find them to work well on this paper

I like the hardbound since it protects very well. The pages are nice and thick. Great for paint, pencil, crayon, etc. I would recommend.
