BUY THIS IF YOUR BABY WILL NOT SLEEP ALONE!
If your baby does not want to sleep without being held, BUY THIS NOW! If the startle reflex gets your baby every single time, BUY THIS NOW! Our newest addition would not sleep for more than 2 hours before he’d wake up. He slept great for the first month then after that he decided he wanted to be held and woke up when we put him down in his bed. We used the swaddle blanket that everyone uses and that helped some. He would sleep on his own maybe 3 hours. Usually less. My son started to outgrow that blanket and I desperately started looking for something that would help me to continue getting the little bit of sleep I was getting. I didn’t think I would find anything that would help extend the length he slept. I just figured he’d outgrow this phase of no sleep, there was no solution. I’ve never had a problem getting a baby on a good sleep schedule but this newest addition was really making me, a seasoned mom lose all hope. Haha. Then I found this and was willing to spend the $30 after reading reviews that sounded like my son. The first couple of nights he slept 4 hours which was amazing. Then he started sleeping for 6 hours! 6 hours! He still wakes up when I lay him down, after about 15 minutes he’ll cry so I pick him up immediately before he can really wake himself up, and rock him right back to sleep. Wait about 20 minutes and put him right back down. And he stays asleep. Sometimes I have to repeat this process a second time but no more than that. I would do this with other swaddles but this one is so much better than the other swaddle blanket that binds their hands down. This helps them control and get used to the startle reflex. The wing design is truly genius since this is how babies fall asleep in your chest. There is enough give that he can move some but doesn’t have complete freedom to where he would fidget so much he’d wake himself up when I lay him down. He can calm and soothe himself. The material is tighter, more snug on the stomach to give that swaddle feel but doesn’t cause discomfort. The 2 way zipper is amazing. Because his arms aren’t stuck to his side like other swaddle blankets it is a lot easier to nurse him in this. All I can say is buy this, it’s worth a shot if you are desperate for sleep!

Belongs on every registry. Literally buying hours of sleep.
I wish that we knew about this before the baby was born or at least when she was born. We only found out when she was 2 months old. Buying these is literally buying sleep. We were trying to figure out how to afford a Snoo because we were so sleep deprived and exhausted and deteriorating. Our friend recommended this to us. I love everything about this sleep sack. It wicks up moisture, so if she spits up at night, it dries pretty quick. It is warm, too. We keep the house at 64 to 66 at night and she is happy with just this. It looks very uncomfortable but she loves it. It is very soft. It can be scary carrying her while she is in her sleep sack, but we got used to it very quickly. She is very comfy. She can be in her sleep sack from her 8pm bedtime to 5 am when she gets up with daddy. I change her diaper when she gets up at 1 or 2am. This belongs on every baby registry. It is also sturdy so it will likely be a hand-me-down for her siblings. Even though it is expensive, we bought several more so we don't have to keep running the washer.

Great option
Great fabric and my baby will only wear this swaddle! He likes having his hands up and kinda movable but still restrained so he doesn’t wake himself up. Great fabric and duel zipper makes night changes easier! Wish there was a size between newborn and small. There’s a gap for weight 9-13 between sizes.

The Best Swaddle!
I had heard great things about this so was excited to see how it worked for our little one and he loves it so much. I can tell he is comfy and he sleeps well when he wears it! The material is soft and keeps him warm but it isn’t overly thick, we plan to keep using this brand and transition him to their arm out swaddles, the sizing is also spot on!

If you need to get some sleep then buy this
I ran over here to leave a review. So my baby is 4 months old (14 lbs) I was usinf the velcro swaddle because she stills likes to be swaddled and is not rolling yet even tho there are signs. For a couple of nights she kept getting her hand out of the swaddle I was using and scratching her chin, taking out her paci, and crying everytime her paci came out like 10 times at night. She went from a great sleeper like 6-7hrs stretch to waking up every 20-30 mins so I was searching on amazon for a solution for her hands and came across this one. It was like magic the first night I received it she woke up about 2 times. 2nd night she didnt wake up at all, her naps have been better. Listen buy it. I have 4 kids and if u need to get some sleep and rest go for it. she looks more comfortable than with the velcro one that looks like a straight jacket. Now she is not taking out her paci and getting her regular sleep and naps. Worth every penny.

Comparing zippered swaddles
I have tried many many swaddles. Here is a review on three swaddles that I used when my son was >1month and started breaking out of swaddles that didnt have zippers. Love To Dream Swaddle Up Original- Gray- Medium 13.2- 18.7 lbs I would give it 3 1/2 stars so round up to 4 Age: 1mo - 3mo closure: double zipper Pros: - Baby able to touch face and self soothe - keeps arms in - prevent baby scratches - able to change diaper without removal - diaper check hole - holds up well to frequent washes Cons: - baby sucks on the hand parts and it stays wet - wash frequently - baby cant stretch arms ( I felt like it was restricting his range of motion) - baby still wakes up from being startled The 50/50 convertible version of this product would probably have been a better buy Baby Merlin's Magic Sleepsuit 3-6 months - Cream Cotton Rating: 5 stars!!! Age: ~3mo - ? (My son started wearing this at 11 weeks) Closure: 2 seperate zippers; zippers are low away from mouth Pros: - Baby able to touch face - decrease startle reflex best - doesn't restrict arms or legs - Baby slept 7 hours straight first night and has gone as long as 12 hours!! Cons: - use only use till baby can roll over (my baby rolled over quite early so we had to wean him off the suit earlier than i would have liked) - very warm in summer months - takes forever to dry in the dryer. (I cry when the diaper leaks into this suit ) Comfort & Harmony Woombie Peanut Air Swaddle - Goodnight Grey Rating: 3 stars Age range: 1 mo - 2mo Closure: double zipper Pros: - keeps arms in - baby unable to breakout - breathable mesh slots - able to change diaper without removal - snap to keep zipper away from face Cons: -baby cant self soothe -limited use (grows out of it fast) - too big for newborn - too constrictive for my baby I did not buy the convertible version but that would probably be useful for longer

Best swaddle ever!
I wish I had known about these with my first son. Since we brought my son home from the hospital we have been using the Love To Dream Swaddle. A short time after I tried swaddling him with his arms down and he hated it, now I have a bunch of other swaddles just sitting in a bin not being used. I ended up buying another one in the same size so I had one washed and ready to go when needed (you know, those times the baby spits up, pees or poops on the one being used). Since my son was 10.5 oz and 21.5 inches when born I have been using the medium since the beginning and it worked out well. He is now 4 months old and still loves it, I did buy a large 50/50 one that fits much better length wise, but he is still okay being in the medium. I would say they do run a bit small. I love so much about this swaddle. My son loves that his arms are up and he can suck on his hands. I love that it is so easy to put on and take off and that I can unzip it from the bottom to take his legs out. That came in handy when I had him in the swing, put him in the car seat, and generally when it's just hot but he still wants to be swaddled so it is cooler that way. It took me a little bit to realize, but there is a hole in the back of the swaddle so you can put a car seat or swing strap through it so the baby can stay swaddled but be buckled in. I know every baby is different so it won't work for everyone but I can say it has worked so well for us. I really think this swaddle would have helped my first son sleep better because he didn't like his arms swaddled down either so we stopped swaddling him too early, but I could tell that he still should have been swaddled. I know it's pricey but some things are just worth it, and sleep is one of them! (I keep saying when he is older he is going to think we kept him in this all the time since there are so many pictures with him in it).

Great for baby who prefers hands near head
Worked great for my new born. Started using this swaddle around 8 weeks because my baby was breaking out of regular swaddles and preferred to have his hands near his head. The body of the swaddle is tight but after reading other reviews and searching online this is by design to keep the baby snug.

AMAZING!! Baby Sleeps Peacefully
This is an amazing product! My little girl who would fight out of her regular, more traditional swaddle and then wake up constantly because she wasn't wrapped up, sleeps wonderfully in this Swaddle UP! The stretchiness of the fabric allows her to have the movement she likes but still keeps her cozy and covered. The wings for the arms allow her to suck her hands and rub her cheeks to self-soothe (one of her favourite ways to soothe)! I also love the 2 way zipper and the hole at the back to allow for a car seat buckle to come through so that I can safely strap her in her car seat and she can nap comfortably while we drive. We are so impressed with this product!

YES!!
