Very neat pocket sized radio, great sound quality, easy to use and tune, excellent value for money

We just spent 6 days without electricity after a storm so we ordered this little radio for future use. Simple, no frills radio that takes 2 AA batteries. Good tuning and sound quality and has a headphone Jack for ear buds or a speaker. Great value.

Given the brand it's disappointing. I worked nights on radio long ago as a newscaster but it affected my sleep patterns. Long years as a carer to my now late mum made me an insomniac. The World Service became my companion. My own radio is too low on the lowest setting for me to hear comfortably, the next setting would wake the neighbours. This little radio seemed just right, in Goldilocks fashion, but it drains batteries and while easy to tune, it's hard to keep it there. The tuner drifts and sound crackles. It took me back to the early TV days when you'd stretch up or stand on chairs to get a signal. I want to be soothed to sleep, not jarred awake. The red light reassuringly registers you've tuned in, then it's gone and the static strikes up. I should have returned it but I kept hoping a change of batteries would help. They don't.

small, good, useful and low cost

I bought this item and after unboxing it and 5 minutes of use, I realised that i had purchased an overpriced utter piece of garbage, poor flimsy lightweight build quality with only a piecemeal little earphone jack on the unit, Very disappointing from Panasonic, Who once made quality products, nowadays they are being blown away by Tecsun and XHData who both produce radios with bluetooth speakers and MP3 players at similar prices, I promptly returned it then replaced it with a lovely feature packed XHData 368, Vowing not to purchase anymore products from the Panasonic brand, After all, if they aren't bothered anymore, why should i be?.

The quality of the sound is really good.

Fantástica construcción y acabados para esta pequeña radio Panasonic. Coge muy bien tanto en fm como am y las pilas le aguantan mucho (Lleva doble AA). Me encanta su diseño, su dial fluorescente y sus indicadores de señal y de encendido. Si rueda de dial está muy bien situada y es muy sensible. Buena potencia de audio y cabe en un bolsillo. Tu compañera inseparable!!

Leuke kleine radio. Goed geluid en makkelijk zenders zoeken. Heel handzaam en overal mee naartoe te nemen. Het enige is dat hij niet heel stevig staat maar dat is voor mij geen probleem.. als je hem gewoon op een goede plek neerzet. Hij doet wat hij moet doen en dat is gezellige muziek laten horen!
