Why does it reset back to the original settings as soon as I lose power after configuring the settings?

Hi, there is a “Save” button in the "Tool" option in the admin interface menu, every time you configure the settings you need to select “save” to save it so that you won't restore the original settings after a power failure.

Why can't I connect to the web admin interface?

Does the switch link aggregation feature include support for 802.3 ad protocol?

yes, but you need to make sure that the firmware upgrade to 1.9 version and above.

The configuration of the switch resets every time the firmware is upgraded, is there any way to fix this?

1: Complete the configuration or save it before upgrading the firmware. Path: tools > save 2: Backup the settings, export the configuration file and save it, upgrade to a new version,re-import the file for recovery. Path: Tools > Configuration Backup
