It would be a crime for me to leave anything other than a 5+ star review as I have literally survived on this machine for months. I live on a boat onshore Pacific Costa Rica. Our reverse osmosis watermaker system was not producing drinkable water so I took the jump and purchased this machine. Water. From. The Air. Suddenly we had access to great drinking water using only a single 400w solar panel to power it. Half a year+ of nearly 24/7 usage this machine gave us our sole source of drinking water. And unlike the watermaker that required constant attention, cleaning, this machine is nearly spotless. Pull open the water tray. Just pure water. Then our trusty workhorse gave an error. E1. This might have been a sore spot for other companies, but it actually elevated Solaris in my book because our their response. I emailed Solaris and within literal minutes got a response and solution. A new sensor. I was beyond amazed by that customer service. I'm an engineer who has done quality control for multiple automakers. That car you drive? Yeah I've seen it assembled. That motorcycle? I was responsible for pointing out defects before it shipped. So when I took this machine apart to replace the sensor, please weigh my words accordingly when I say, I was truly impressed by the design. All the wires etc were perfect and I was able to do the complete sensor swap out with just a single screw driver. New sensor installed and the machine is back to running 24/7 again providing us our drinking water. Thanks, Matt!

I wanted to be as honest with this review as possible. I purchased two of these units. The first unit was defective out of the box. The second unit after 2 months became problematic. The reason why this review is so important, is because after 30 days Amazon will no longer get involved with any issues you will be stuck dealing with the owner of this branded product. During the first and second time that I reached out to the owner Matthew about the units, I was disrespected twice. The first time he apologized and asked me would I removed the review because he was losing business. I agreed to do so, because I have a big heart and I understand when people are trying to run their business. I gave him a second chance. A month or two had passed and I had additional questions; Matthew was very short tempered, disrespectful, and gave me the impression that I was bothering him. It was then that I noticed that he had no answers to his own product. He told me that his product came from another country,..... same country that makes everything else. He then told me that if I had to return the machine, he would send me another unit that was a return that the customer decided they did not want. I was very much alarmed with his offer, which gave me the impression that he recycles his units and send them out to others. The key here is this, he doesn't know how to repair them, if and when they malfunction. The other concern that I have, is I noticed after drinking the water myself and the other family member that had hers, we were met with terrible stomach pain, even after drinking the water and trying to make sure it was clean, our bellies were very sick, which we believe that the UV lighting that is used to clean the water, as it cycles through the machine may not be what we thought it was. I do not recommend this product, because the owner seems to be a bit unfamiliar with his own brand and trying to get questions answered became very difficult and repeatedly problematic. I recommend highly that you proceed with caution because you're only going to be dealing with one person if these machines break down, after a month or two of running. It's not worth the risk! Side Note: He purchased these from another country, but does not know how they work, and this is passed on to the customer= no resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I Pooh poohed this right off the get go. Another one of my husband’s interesting gifts for me. Well turns out to be the best investment so far. I am truly a water snob as my kids will say and water in Texas is not the best tasting need I say more. We park this outside on our patio and take advantage of the humidity from the overnight air as it generates best at > 65% humidity. I have water jugs that I fill and store when our weather is dry and not above 60%. It has been a true little workhorse and I’ve filled over 100 gallons or more since April 2025 and this is November 2025. I have not had to replace air filters as of yet and they appear to be a little costly at this time. The taste is great but closely resembles the taste of distilled water. It’s been super easy to use and it will generate a 1/2 gallon in no time. It doesn’t really draw enough power to be noted on our electric bill. I find my garage freezer will consumer more electricity than this water generator does.

I know I live in the desert. We have low humidity. My humidity is around 36% but gets up over 65%. Right now, it is raining outside and my house humidity is 68% because I’m also running my evaporative cooler which is on whenever possible. So why is it making only about an optimistic liter? I know it boasts on the description that it'll make over 2 gallons in ideal conditions (10 liters) but it has been running since last night and barely made 1 liter. I grabbed a bottle of water I had in my fridge just now need walked it out of the kitchen and the humidity there immediately condensed, so I know I’ve got moisture in the air. Why isn't it making more faster? Should I just keep dumping city water into the bin in back to get that RO/UV on that and give up on air-water? Next up is energy consumption. It draws a lot of power. It can draw s little s 115W then jumps to 300W up to 600W when it is trying to make more water. That is a lot of power to condense a wee bit of water from 65% humidity. I track my appliances and their energy use. The darned thing draws so much more than my fridge. Frankly, I’m disappointed and would not suggest this unit. Maybe there are better units out there. I don't know. If a friend asked me if I would buy it again, I'd say no. I’ve got 30 days to love or hate if it doesn't live up to the website hype. So far, it isn't love.

However the machine fell short only because I had debris in my unit. It’s an awesome idea and I wish him the best.

Simple to setup and get running. My humidity level is in the high 30's to low 40's at this time of year and I am able to get 4 to 5.5 liters of water per day, along with the AC running in my house all day long. I have solar and battery backup so it costs nothing to run. What surprised me the most is that I have a strong preference over the water that comes out of the Solaris over my filtered or bottled water. It tastes GOOD, really GOOD. When you get the system around 5 to 6 liters of water through it to get the "filter taste" out of it. After that, it's pure heaven. I only wished that I ordered the larger A20 with 4x the capacity, but this was an experiment for me as I had never tasted water from a water generator before and thought that I'd just use it as "backup", but I use it all day long. The only issue were the dimensions given that didn't account for the display protruding so it won't fit under my kitchen cabinets. The designers and product team deserves praise, well done.

Here is the main reason I gave this company a 5 star. They service their products. I have own 3 different kinds and all of them made me trouble shoot their products even when I was half hour drive from where they were made. I also have Amazon plan that I am paying for a plan that states one plan covers all eligible past and future purchase on Amazon for 18.05 a month. When I email the company, the plan covered the shipping in both directions. Now the machine, I have it is about 9 months when I first had issuers with it. I really missed it when it was gone. After this repair that was done, which was the company replaced one water pump, cleaned the front tank and checked all the seals . In addition they replaced the air filter and rear collection tank. They checked everything and it works properly . I am more than very happy with this product. I only have 2 suggestions when they do an upgrade version. 1. that it contains a drip tray and 2. a water sensor be included with the machine. This company get a 5 plus stars.

These don't work. Save yourself the bs. Amazon ups doesn't understand if a pkg is fragile its best not rebox it and have no warning labels to keep upright and fragile to avoid these being tossed around like luggage. I bought one then returned it no power cord and box was damaged. Clearly sent me a returned item. The 2nd one didn't work either. I had another brand worked AMAZING for a year but had to send in for a minor issue and they sold out before getting me my replacement machine 😢😢😢 now on back order. I tried this unit praying it wouldn't be a piece of crap. Sometimes prayers are just not answered with a yes because the answer was you already know it's a "NO" way before adding to cart. Obey the no the first time and save yourself the aggravation and disappointment.
