I love the support the plastic padded thing provides while pushing my shoulders back. If too tight and you got a bit of a belly, the straps in the front can be a bit uncomfortable after 15mins but you shouldn’t be using this more than 30mins anyways. So Its okay. You need to let your shoulder start taking the weight and get stronger rather than continously relying on this. This was approved by my physio. Used it after neck problems - Really happy with it

The purpose of using this item is to have a straight back & not slouch, I don’t have a back pain but am not sitting up straight. Have only used it a few days so perhaps it’s too early to review the item

After 1 hours use, I removed the brace. The severe pain I suffered beforehand got worse and immediately prompted me to my doctors practice, whom advised this product was unsafe and should not be sold. If you’re serious about muscular back treatments & posture corrections etc. you must pay a professional chiropractor for help. Otherwise, if you simply read online for quick resolves without medical advice, you risk damaging your body further as I now have.

Excellent service from this Seller, fast delivery. Unfortunately this did not give me the amount of support I need, I have compression fractures along my spine so I am sure this item would be fine for those who just need to improve their posture.

I ordered this to go with the therapy pad I was getting as I thought it might be a good combination but didn’t think too much about using it frequently. I hadn’t quite realised how bad my posture was until I tried it on and now know I need to wear this most days. Luckily it’s comfortable to wear and I can put under clothes if I want to wear at work or over while just sat watching tv or around the house. It’s gentle enough not to be uncomfortable but strong enough to know it’s making a difference. I’ve only had a short time but I can feel I’m moving in the right direction. Aside from me really needing this, as I have so many problems with my neck muscles which have given me this terrible posture, my husband now wants one to help his golf swing! I would definitely recommend this product for anyone wanting to improve their posture. Super quick delivery too!

Just cuts on your skin and armpits... At least if there was something to attach the shoulder straps in the middle of your chest with something, it would allow the armpits to be left alone. But as it is, the shoulder straps are just sliding slowly outwards and starts cutting through the skin of your armpits the longer you wear them. I mean, I now have some small bruises because of it. Sure you could argue that you should maybe put them on top of a clothing, but that's not longer what the image advertises. And even so, there is also another issue I want to mention in my comment: It's not that useful... I mean the tension this pulls on your shoulders to get straight is not that great. But say you pull on them and attach them somehow, they won't ACTUALLY pull your shoulders back to straighten your back. It will at most make you feel like you are wearing something tight on you. But well, that's all. Frankly I don't recommend...But hey, that's just my opinion

I bought this posture corrector for my 18yr old son as he has a VERY RARE condition called "Hirayama Disease". He needs to have good posture. My son swears by this posture corrector. I tried it on and it was brilliant. I have large breasts and my posture is SHOCKING and this posture corrector really helped me. I'm thinking of buying another one for me. Don't hesitate as this is very very good.

Easy to use and relieves immediate pain but after a fractured spine I have been left with a severe stoop. The pain is eased but unfortunately my posture is not corrected as much as I would have hoped. However it is comfortable and supportive.
