If anyone’s looking for elbow or knee ice sleeves, these work really well. They’re very comfortable and provide a light compression effect, which definitely helps. The gel inside refreezes quickly too. I’ve tried a few different sleeves, and this one has easily been the best so far—by far the easiest to slide on, even one-handed. For recovery after hikes, pickleball sessions, or gym workouts, it’s worth checking out. The cold effect lasts about 15 minutes or so.

Being 46 years old and an avid weight lifter and drummer, I've gone through several bouts of tendonitis in my elbow (tennis elbow) over the past few years. I recently completed a Prednisone pack to reduce inflammation from another round of tendonitis and was looking for something to use as a preventative measure going forward. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to try this product. The Freeze Sleeve feels amazing! I just slip it on after I'm done working out or practicing and keep it on until the coolness wears off which is around 20 minutes or so. This is much more convenient than sitting around holding an ice pack on my elbow when I have things to do. It stays in place and flexes nicely so I'm able to multitask and get things done while wearing the sleeve. Size wise, it covers the entire area where inflammation relief is needed for tennis elbow. I feel the price is fair and am very satisfied with the quality of this USA made product. I plan on purchasing a second one so I can ice down both arms post workout. I also found their sizing chart to be very accurate. Coupled with adjustments in my workout and practice routines, the Freeze Sleeve has allowed me to move forward with no further inflammation issues at this time. That was my goal in using this product. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it!

I bought this because u have terrible knee pain from an old acl injury and like to go for runs. I was just using regular ice packs or a bag of ice prior, and it never fully got the job done and would become uncomfortable. I was eager to try this once I came across it. I must say it is amazing but it has a con in my opinion and that con is that it doesn’t stay cold for long. I have only had it for one day and have used it three times (which I have look forward to each time). The first time I used it I left it in the freezer for 2hrs as directed for minimum time recommended to be in the freezer and was surprised/not surprised that it didn’t stay cold for long. So then I left it in the freezer for around 4hrs and had the same issue. I am not using it as I type this for the third time today after leaving it in for roughly 7hrs and would have to say, each time stayed cold for nearly the same amount of time. Disappointing in a way, but at the same time it has help with my pain so I am happy. Pros: comfortable, easy to store, eye catching, and truly helps with my knee pain. Con: doesn’t stay cold for long

Super soft, super cold! Fits perfectly on knee, ankle, elbow. Also use it for lower back.

Excellent for my sore forearms - since it wraps around your arm, it is VERY cold when first put on out of the freezer.

Cannot recommend this enough. Large enough to fit a good portion of my arm so I don't have to do elbow then wrist. Huge time saver and the material is super comfy. I got it to use after PT but use it whenever I get an ache. Pretty much lives in my freezer now.

I really like this sleeve! Good compression and stays cold for a desirable amount of time. Easy to get on. I use this on my foot/ankle after a run if it feels a little sore. Would recommend.

Kühlt gut, lässt aber schnell nach. Am besten kurz ins Tiefkuhlfach legen und dann hat man mehr Erfolg. Für meinen Ellenbogen optimal.

Ich verwende die Bandage spontan, wenn mal wieder ein Knie meckert, z. Bsp. nach dem Laufen oder Krafttraining. Sie liegt zu diesem Zweck immer im Kühlschrank bereit (nicht zwingend im Gefrierfach) und tut ihren Dienst etwa 15 Minuten, dann ist sie warm. Soweit der Kühleffekt erforderlich ist, funktioniert er. Die Bandage ist aus einem sehr schweren Material, aber flexibel, schnell an- und ausgezogen. Man kann damit umhergehen; andere Kühlungen verwende ich nicht.
