ABUS reputation proceeds them! When entrusting a valuable bike to its care you cant make compromises, you have to go with reputation for a good solid reliable lock. Not that I would trust the whole bike to any one lock, this guards saddle & front wheel with a ABUS high tensile steel cable. The frame I guard with Litelok gold! Its a good size, heavy in hand, made of solid quality materials

Ordered wrong item
Bought this padlock as a single item bought paid too much because it was meant for more than one with matching keys. The quality is great but I sent it back because I needed 3 to match. This did seem expensive though compared to a few of it's competitors. ABUS not cheap but good reputation.

It is a small padlock
It is as weatherproof as it can be, it has a key to open and close it. It is functional.

have been one now outside for getting on for 3yrs months and is still in mint condition, no rust anywhere and opens like new.
