I Swear By This Stuff
I love propolis. It reminds me of the Amazon. This isn't the most potent that I've gotten but it definitely works in reseting my immune system when I feel something is coming on. It's my go to, along with andrographis. The spray is convenient compared to tinctures which can be messy because they're so sticky. I think there's a sacrifice in potency though. So, there's a little bit of a tradeoff. But having it is better than not.

Taste
Well, I’m not gonna lie, it tastes horrible but it does help. True quality propolis does not taste great unless they add lots of sugar…simple truth. I found it helpful to spray and hold it for a couple seconds then swallow. Awful taste is just something you have to accept when it comes to propolis.

It’s not bad compared to cough syrup
After reading the reviews, I was preparing myself for a horrible taste. I just tried few pumps and this is extremely light compared to cough syrup, over the counter medication. I’m Brazilian and the taste us much lighter than the ones I taken in Brazil. I can do several pumps with this, while the ones in Brazil that I took throughout my life were hard to take. Worse case scenario, you can always have a sip of some other stronger flavor drink to take out the after taste. Propolis properties will still be in your body anyways. Since I can take several pumps of this, I’ll give 5 stars.

Good quality and cost benefit
I've tried different brands and this is my favorite. Good cost benefit and it's not concentrated (extract), hence soothing and easy to use. Very helpful for a sore throat.

Mild taste
This one is very mild compared to what I am used to buying from Brazil. The taste of propolis is very subtle and mostly sweet. The ones I brought from Brazil are strong and you can taste the kick of the propolis, like it is medicine for your throat. I recommend it if you are a first time user so you can get used to the strong taste of propolis.
