How long does the kefir drink last once I’ve bottled it?

Several days usually, however it depends how fresh your milk was when you mixed it, and how cool you store it, you will know when it's off as it curdles and separates, this doesn't seem to do any harm to the kefir though; and they can be used again after rinsing.
