The stress ball was a real lifesaver during my pregnancy. It gave me something to squeeze during labour instead of my partner’s hand and helped me manage both the pain and my moments of frustration. It’s excellent quality, impressively firm, and clearly built to survive some very determined squeezing. It has also helped my husband with his hand therapy.

I like the size and squeeze-ability. It's smooth and feels nice to touch and hold. However, the finish of the stitching could be a little better and the price a little less.

This hand therapy tools for stress, fidgeting and pain related issues is quite impressive. The size is perfect for my hand, the inner gel material gives just the right level of resistance, the exterior shell is pleasant to the touch and does not promote sweating. It even has a pretty good bounce! The only down side is that it comes in so many colors! Makes you want them all.

Stress buster if one is in high tense scenario fidgeting not casually but with some intensity it helps.

I got the purple one for my husband, and he's really happy with it. He uses it for hand exercises and even takes it to the gym. The mesh bag that comes with it keeps the ball clean. I'm planning to order the soft one for my son. A genuinely good product!
