Very good product, normally last a couple o years before it needs a recoat.

Bought this to seal the Terracotta tiles on the outside window sills and front porch of our 1930's house. Seems to have worked ok BUT the instructions on the bottle say 'For interior use only' !! This wasn't clear when purchased so will see how it goes.

Used this product several times to seal / shine / refresh our terracotta floors. SO easy to apply (a large room can be coated in a matter of minutes) - goes much further than you think! One bottle was more than enough for a large room + hallway (2 coats each) so good value. Lasts ages. The best.

Excellent, six months later, it still looks a bit shiny. When I spill something, it doesn't absorb and stain any more. Easy to apply, I just dabbed it on with a big sponge... no need for special mop if you can crawl about.

After having used a lot of elbow grease cleaning a 400 year old terracotta and red brick floor I used this product to seal the floor. Before using I would ensure you have removed all signs of old wax and dirt and that the floor is perfectly clean and dry. I had spent 4 hours previously on hands and knees scrubbing the floor with HG Terracotta remover and washed the floor 4 times afterwards with luke warm water leaving it to dry overnight. I applied sparingly first in one direction, leaving it to dry for an hour then reapplied sparingly spreading in another direction. The results were excellent. The product gave a matt yet shiny finish and although transparent it brought out the real colour of the brick. I did not have a wax applier so instead I used an old pure cotton large serviette tied around one of those sponge mops, and it did the trick. Now I just wash the floor with HG Clean and Shine and occasionally buff up with a polisher. I had thought of bringing a professional company in to restore the floors but if you are prepared to spend a weekend with a bit of hard work and elbow grease to clean your floors this is a much cheaper and satisfying option.

Used HG remover neat on stubborn stains and left to soak 15mins, used HG terracota remover as instructed on bottle as a general wash and scrubbed hard each tile one by one. Took a whole day (6 hours) with several washes to clean up but it removed 30-40 years of stains and carpet tile glue. Just used seal and shine just using a regular cloth and the two more coats with a flat head mop. Left overnight to dry! Looks fabulous and shiny... all three HG products work a treat. The product is great easy to use and gives a lovely shiny finish dries in 40 mins It does smell a bit but not too bad
