I purchased this soap foam dispenser less than 3 months back, hoping for a convenient and hygienic way to dispense soap. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. One of the advertised features was an LED indicator for the soap dispensing quantity. This feature malfunctioned shortly after purchase and is no longer working. While not essential, it was a nice touch that I paid for and am now missing. More concerning is the fact that the product turns itself off every two days. This is incredibly frustrating as I have to constantly check and manually turn it back on. A soap dispenser should be reliable and not require such frequent intervention. Finally, the touch sensor is not very responsive. I often have to tap it multiple times, and sometimes quite firmly, to get it to dispense any soap at all. This defeats the purpose of a touchless dispenser, as it's often easier to just use a regular pump. Overall, I am very disappointed with this soap foam dispenser. The malfunctioning LED, the constant power-offs, and the poorly working touch sensor make this product a waste of money. I would strongly advise staying away from this dispenser. I’ve had this about 7 months and it is still going strong! I appreciate that it has different settings so you can pick how much soap gets dispensed. The charging lasts a really long time - I’ve charged it once in 7 months, and it didn’t even need it then, I just didn’t want it to die on me - and we use this in our main bathroom. It’s not high quality as far as the materials it’s made out of, but it looks nice. I also like that your hand has to be high up to dispense, so it something falls under it, it doesn’t dispense soap. No leakage so far - well, it did once, but that was the only time my husband filled it, so I think it was user error. Good value for the money, maybe not perfect for the million dollar home, but it’s perfect for mine!

We originally bought this automatic soap dispenser for our kids’ bathroom as a solution to their excessive soap usage, and it ended up working so well that we got another one for the kitchen too. I have a 3 and 5 year old, and our bathroom sink used to be kind of a soap disaster zone. They would open the bottle and dump some out, add water to make “bubble baths” for their toys in the sink, or just pump way more soap than they actually needed. I would buy a bottle of soap, and it seemed like within a day or two it would be empty again. This dispenser has helped a lot with that. Since it’s automatic, it dispenses a set amount of foam, and you can adjust it from 1-4 seconds of dispensing. We keep ours on the 1-second setting, which is perfect for little hands. Even when the kids decide to trigger it a bunch of times (which definitely still happens), they’re still using way less soap than they would with a regular pump bottle. Another thing I like is that you can dilute regular liquid soap. We do about a 1:5 soap-to-water mix, and it foams really well. It makes the soap last way longer than it used to, which is great because we were going through it ridiculously fast before. The one we got for the kitchen has also been really handy. When you’re cooking and your hands are covered in grease, flour, or raw meat, it’s nice not having to touch a pump bottle. It also looks nice. The black finish is simple and sleek, and the display only lights up when you interact with it, so it doesn’t look bright or busy sitting on the counter. You can also see the soap level, which makes it easy to know when it’s time for a refill. Overall it’s just been a really practical little upgrade in both places. The kids can wash their hands independently, we’re using way less soap, and the sinks stay a lot cleaner than they used to. I highly recommend this product! toller Artikel, habe mehrere davon und kann sie nur empfehlen! Sehen stylisch aus und die Wandhalterung hält, bei richtiger Anwendung, was sie verspricht. Meine hängen schon über ein Jahr ohne ein Anzeichen von Ablösung. Auch der Akku hält sehr lange trotz täglichem Gebrauch. Bin mehr als zufrieden

Usei um mês, funcionou perfeitamente, depois disso, o modo auto limpante, aciona sozinho, jogando fora todo o detergente, não fica mais no modo ligado, e a reclamação era de 7 dias, não consegui falar com o vendedor... decepção, porque além de tudo foi caro
