Hi Nicole, You get one pouch for $14.95 which includes the shipping.  This meal is technically considered one serving but it is very large and most folks are able to share it, unless one of you has a really big appetite, that is!  You can check out some of the testimonials on our website where folks rave about this meal. At a whopping 680 calories and 50 grams of good fat, this is the perfect start to your day when you're out on the trail burning calories like crazy.  If available, some people like to add some fresh fruit and then it's definitely enough for two hungry people. Our meals are more expensive than those of our competitors but if you look closely at the nutrition facts panels you can see that "you get what you pay for" in terms of nutrition. Hi Anne, Thanks very much for contacting us! Our breakfast meals are quite large, oftentimes enough for two people to share especially if you add some fresh fruit.  Serving size is so subjective because a petite woman is going to eat less than a large, physically active man.  My son and his fiancee share the breakfasts (and add some fresh banana or other fruit) but can usually eat the full meat dishes.  I have a big appetite but both breakfasts and meat dishes are usually more than I can eat at one sitting.  I'm sorry I can't be more specific but trying to predict how much someone will be able to eat is dependent on so many factors like how much physical activity they're participating in, how much they usually eat, etc.  You know what I mean!  We've had people say there's too much food in the pouches and they had to throw some away and we've had some people say they wish the pouches held more!  Either way, I'm sure you're going to love our products and I'd sure be grateful if you could write a review on Amazon for us!  Have a great trip and happy hiking!
