Before making my purchase, I read all of the 3 - 1 star reviews and some of the 4 - 5 star reviews. I was a little concerned because so many customers stated that the shoe was either too small or too big. Some said there was no arch support or that the insole could not be removed so that one could insert orthodics. Here is my experience.1. The shoe is a little wider than normal but that's a good thing if you're wearing them without socks during hot, humid months, when feet swell, which is what I planned.2. I used the size calculator on Amazon and bought the size recommended - my usual size - and the fit is just right.3. The insole can be removed and replaced with an orthodic.I love this shoe and would buy it again.

I was so impressed with the shoes my sister was wearing when she visited -- beautifully styled attractive flats -- impossible for me to find! I had to have a pair. When my order arrived, I had to text and ask her why she didn't tell me how amazingly comfortable they are!! I LOVE these shoes, they are my new go-to. Okay, I admit it: I bought TWO pair. I did order 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear, they fit perfectly.

I returned these because they were too large , even with my orthotics; I have flat. thin duck feet; so these would probably work for others.

I purchased these shoes for comfort and walking while traveling. I am sad to say that although comfortable, they already look very worn. The leather quality is not what I have come to expect from FitFlop - almost exclusive brand I have been using for 3-4 years for their comfortable fit. If I had been in the country to be able to return them, I would have.

I wear a size 7 always, always; these RUN A FULL SIZE TOO LARGE. I ordered these in not enough time to exchange before 2 weeks in Italy. Ordered a 7 and 6.5--they were so comfortable right out of the box that I stuffed the 6.5 with a thick insole and went for it. They were the absolute perfect style and comfy without a break-in period. Walked an average of 5 miles a day. Now that we're home I'm ordering the nude in a 6.

Really cute shoes that seem as if they would be comfortable but as many reviewers have noted, they run way large. I normally wear a 9M, not Narrow, and in shoes bought for extended walking on vacation might even go to a 9.5, especially to be worn with athletic weight sock liners. These not only run big in length (the 8.5 was roomy) but the width and "depth" even in an 8 was way too big although the length was ok. Disappointing because they are cute and just the right heel height with a nice soft foot bed, but there is no way for me to get the size right. This is my first experience with FitFlops and I had high hopes; now I'm not so sure. I have some sandals coming that I have downsized and hope they work because the width and depth and the width of the heel won't matter.

As a restaurant manager I am constantly looking for cute closed shoes. These shoes are extremely comfortable, they fit a little wider than others but not uncomfortably so (1/2 sizes don't order up) the print (snakeskin) is really pretty, they look very expensive, and go with every dang thing. I get complemented on them all the time, I am always telling people about fitflop.

Love them. Cute fun and comfy. I have plantar fasciitis and these are good for them. Loose around back of my foot heel but most shoes are for me. I didn’t put anything in there to cushion the space and they haven’t caused any problems. I would buy again and again
