Worth every penny.
This converter was the life saver for my Xbox mini fridge. The original AC power supply died out and there is no replacements. It turns out the DC plug still worked so this converter brought back my mini fridge to life!

Purchased a 12 V cooler for traveling. Needed to be able to keep items inside the house so battery would not go dead in our vehicle. This converter did the job.

Not working—UPDATE—working perfectly now!
UPDATE 3/8/23: so it turns out the the product was not defective! I just didn’t get a big enough size to handle the vacuum I had. The company sent me a bigger adapter and it has worked perfectly now! Super happy with this new one. Seller is great at ensuring I got what I needed and in a timely fashion as well! Connected the adapter to the wall outlet and the vacuum I needed it for. The vacuum called for 110W. The adapter said it could handle up to 120W. But it only turned on the motor for a few seconds and kept turning it off. I tested the vacuum and it was not vacuum but the adapter that was not working. So waste of money for me- this actually reminded me that I need to request a refund as it seems mine was defective.

We bought this in Oct of 2022, we used it one time. Now we want to use it again in Nov of 2023 and it will not work. We contacted the seller and they sent us a new one right away. Received the new one mid to late November and during testing November 2023, the new one seems to be working well!

cable started to fall apart
Took this on a 6 week camping trip... used 3 or 4 times and then the outer layer of the cable started to crack and power would shut off intermittently.... garbage and too late to return after getting home from the trip. Update 1/4/2026: the seller has offered me a full read fund upon reading my review above. I appreciate their attention to customer service to resolve the issue. I await the refund.

Terrible design
The "overload protection circuit" renders this product completely useless. It can't power up an electric motor on a car vacuum or an inflatable air mattress, which are the two things I wanted it for. What's the point in having 10 amps of current if the initial current spike shuts it down before it can ever even power up. Don't waste your money on this junk.
