Does this paint work on fabric?

it's normal waterbased Acrylic so would not stand being washed in any way.

What colour does the colourless gel glow?

It should say at the bottom of the front of the tube. The one I bought says green, its typical "glow in the dark" colour and does glow great. I believe it is available in yellow and orange too so do check the product picture/description. :)
