Bought 3 of these to go under the perspex roof of our pergola for extra shade.they are doing the job so far. Took a bit of time to fit them as I needed to cut the lenght before I added the grommets to hold them up on hooks . I wanted them to be easy to remove if needed,sounds complicated what I did but it was the way I wanted them and worth it.

We have had a piece of this that drops down over our garage door windows for years. It helps keep the garage cooler and we can still readily see out. The fabric has held up very well but what was used to fabricate it hasn't held up as well. Any time I look at needing to shade an area I look to Coolaroo fabrics knowing it holds up well even in the Arizona sun that destroys so many things.

Bought this to use as a roof sunshade and a privacy shade on a side of the deck close to our neighbors house. Doubled up it functions *alright* as a privacy shade, and certainly more economic then any other options. As a sunshade for a roof you couldn't ask for more. It really does not reduce light visibility that much and you get the hot sun off of you. You can buy clips and fasteners for it from plenty of places, I just went with wood staples and they work great - no tears/rips or any issues otherwise. All in all a great product that I would recommend.

This is the second set of patio curtains I've made using this Coolaroo sunshade material. The previous material is still in good condition, but I wanted to change the style and remake with some improvements to style. Wheat color is nice, not too light or too dark. Provides a great sunblock. Quality is great. The raw ends of the fabric were a bit uneven. I laid the fabric out on our tiled floor and to measure and cut. Only had to remove about an inch to even up one end, but I expected this to be the case. The fabric was easy to sew on using a standard sewing machine needle. I easily hemmed the bottom and top to create a neat, clean look for the patio and to provide the option of hanging the curtains using a rod pocket and curtain rod if desired. Instead I've found that using clip on curtain rings on the metal curtain rod works best, because the fabric is somewhat stiff. Very satisfied. The previous curtain fabric has lasted over 10 years+, even in the brutal west sun-facing patio of the New Mexican high desert.

good price, good product . just what it takes to sunshade a bit and not too much. wish it has eyelet on it .

The 70% fabric is too transparent for privacy screen, imo, but it looks very nice and the wind blows through it well for shading. Two layers of the 70% fabric does provide decent privacy. Good instructions and accessories.
