I have to say this helmet is nicer than I was expecting. It’s jam packed with features that I wouldn’t expect from a helmet of this price. First off, it’s DOT certified. Primarily, this thing will protect your noggin. What’s the point if it doesn’t do that. The design is simple, but it looks very nice. At first, I thought the white piece of fabric near the back of the neck was a strange choice, but later realized it’s made of a high-visibility material. A nice touch! I think I may get tired of the matte finish, simply because any little piece of dirt or oil will show up on it. But out of the box it looks awesome. Comfort is pretty good and will be different for every person. I have a bit of pressure around my forehead that is a bit uncomfortable, but I may get used to that. I ordered a size up, as reviews suggested, and I’m really glad I did. The D straps are pretty standard. They have a nice little tab on the one ring so it’s easier to strap in. There’s also a button on the strap so it doesn't just hang there. There are two adjustable vents that work very nicely. The clear shield is pretty nice. There have actually been a couple times I had to check if i had it down, since it’s so clear. I did notice a bit of fog on it on a slightly cooler morning, but it didn’t overtake my vision at any point. I expect this would be better on a more expensive helmet. I would really have liked to see the visor setting that just cracks it a bit to let some air in. This doesn't have that.The tinted lens is almost a bit cloudy, but I actually got used to it after a few minutes with it down. It does the trick to block the sun, and makes you look pretty cool. Activating the tinted lens is very easy with gloves by using the red switch on the side. I’ll give the disclaimer that this is my first motorcycle helmet, but I’ve had snowmobile, bmx and other helmets in the past. I expected for this to be a placeholder and eventual 2nd rider helmet, but I have a feeling it will delay my purchase of a more high end helmet. For the price, I have to keep my expectations in check, but I think this is worth every penny.

This is a fantastic helmet for the money! It fits comfortably. The sun visor flips down easily with the red switch on the side of the helmet. The switch is easy to find, even with gloves on. The quick disconnect for the chin strap is super convenient. And it looks fantastic. The breath guard does pop off easily, and I lost it because of this. But I contacted YEMA directly asking if I could purchase a replacement, and they responded minutes later letting me know that they would mail me a replacement part at no cost! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this helmet!

This helmet does what it should and I would recommend this to anyone. I'm a beginner rider and it serves its purpose. Getting me from point A to point B with a secure and safe feeling. I love the look and I love the comfort of this helmet for sure. The padding inside is perfect. I added a reflective strip to the back just in case. Two very minor negatives about it: 1. The tinted visor kinda blurs sight when combined with the clear visor. I just wear sunglasses underneath, which quite frankly, i prefer anyway. 2. Does not offer enough ventilation. Even while driving the visor fogs up a bit with both vents open. I open up the visor any chance I get. I've now had this helmet for a year and would recommend. I'm sure you'll love what it provides. The quality of this helmet is something you might expect for far more than twice the price. The materials are of good quality, outer shell, padding, straps, face shield, etc. The fit is exactly what I expected for a full face helmet. Just snug enough and comfortable. Also love the flip down sun visor. When it’s up you don’t even know it’s there. But when you need it… BAM!!!! There it is with the flick of a switch.

Fits as it should, looks great, and has tinted drop down shield built in. For 1/2 the cost of the Bell helmet I got, this one is definitely better. With the Bell, if I want to use a tinted visor, I need to stop, take it off, and manually change out the visor. With this helmet, I simply flip a switch on the side of the helmet and the tinted visor drops into place. Definitely recommend this one.

Careful choosing oval helmets vs round. Here's a comparison with the medium size Yema (TOP image) vs the large size Bell (bottom image) which it's even smaller. The Yema It's gigantic to wear and after a few tries it was already feeling too loose for a medium; the ad doesn't mention anything on shell sizes so I wasn't gonna order a smaller size just to have the same outer shell so I went and got myself a bell helmet after trying one at a store. I know the Yema seems oval shape while the Bell is more round but wide wise and height wise the Yema it just feels and looks way bigger. Also I think the inner blacked out visor of the Yema makes it even bigger, so if you looking for a helmet with a lower profile just get one without the inner visor. It's just too big, feels cheap and it also looked slightly tilted to the side like when you're wearing glasses without one of the nose pads, not that much but enough for me to notice, I kept trying to straighten it out but it kept falling to one side so I never felt comfortable or safe with it. I mean It's a good helmet.... but not that good.

This tuirned out to be a nice helemt. I went thru half a dozen before this one. It fits snug but not tight. I doesn't move around or shift while riding. The visor opens and closes easyily. The sunshade visor is actually much better than I expected.

Sinceramente non consiglio questo prodotto in quanto ha molti difetti, come prima cosa l’ imbottitura tende a togliersi quando fai togli e metti con il casco, poi offre poca visibilità verso il basso, quindi ogni volta che devo guardare lo specchietto devo abbassare la testa, poi lascia abbasta scoperta la nuca, le taglie sono piccole in quanto avendo una 58 mi va bene la L, ora farò il reso e opterò per un’ altro marchio... ah inoltre la protuberanza che ha dietro non me lo fa stare nel sottosella...

Casco bellissimo esteticamente,ha un ottima linea ed è molto compatto indossato! Il tasto per abbassare la mascherina scura è molto comodo e sono rimasto molto sorpreso della qualità! L’interno è molto confortevole e tiene ben saldo il viso non lasciando alcuno spazio tranne nella parte frontale dove c’è la presa d’aria! Lo consiglio vivamente. Certo probabilmente visto il prezzo non si potrà paragonare ad un casco da 800€ ma sicuramente fa il suo lavoro

Nachdem ich einen neuen Helm brauchte bin ich auf den Yema-831 gestoßen der mich Optisch voll ansprach.Also nach Vorschrift den Kopf ausgemessen und festgestellt das ich eine Kopfgröße von 59,5 cm habe.Mist, welche Größe soll ich jetzt nehmen?.Normal oder eine Nr. größer??Ich habe mich dann nach vielem Zaudern und Überlegen für die Größe ''L'' also 59-60 entschieden.Dann Samstag Nacht noch bestellt und Mittwoch schon geliefert bekommen.Ausgepackt und ----was soll ich sagen ---Wow, noch Geiler als auf den Bildern.Also Anprobieren: Paßt perfekt wie angegossen!! Auch die Brille geht wunderbar in die Schlitze und unter die Sonnenblende die doch sehr Dunkel ist.(Damit kann man dann auch gleich die nächste Sonnenfinsternis bestaunen.)Im Lieferumfang sind noch ein Mikrofasertuch und eine Schutztasche enthalten .Das Innenfutter macht einen wertigen Eindruck ebenso alle Schieber die wunderbar rasten und bedienbar sind.Das Visier kann man 2mal rasten(halb und ganz)Von der Lautstärke her beginnt er bei ca.70 von dem Sonnenvisierschieber her etwas laut zu werden(noch nicht störend).Bei ca.100 wird er dann beidseitig lauter(schon mehr störend) und ab 120 sind Ohrstöppsel angebracht.Einzig die Gummilippe im Helm vor der Nase ist etwas nervig da sie sehr leicht ab geht.Sie ist nur mit 3 kleinen Nippeln eingesteckt und immer wenn man den Helm am Kinnteil hoch hebt geht diese Lippe ab.Das Visier läßt sich mittels Schnellverschluß Ruck Zuck ausbauen und reinigen.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Sehr bequemer Helm für Mopedfahren. Ich habe ihn zuerst als Geschenk für meinem Freund in Größe M bestellt, da er bis jetzt auch ein Helm in M hatte. Bei erstem anprobieren hat sich der Helm zu eng gefühlt und wir haben gedacht, dass wir evtl Größe L bestellen müssen. Da er aber den neuen Helm unbediengt gleich brauchte, hat er es auch mit dem M probiert und das war eine gute entscheidung, da sich der Helm in kurzem Zeit (1 Fahrt) an seinen Kopf angepasst hat und jetzt sitzt wie angegossen. Nachdem er so zufrieden war, habe ich mir auch ein für mich in S bestellt. Ich bin auch super zufrieden, fuhlt sich sehr angenehm und hochwertig, als auch sicher an. Die eingebaute Sonnenbrille ist eine coole Feature und funktioniert super. Also ja, ich empfehle auf jeden Fall weiter 🤗
